The property

A beautiful first floor apartment, perfectly located overlooking the canal basin in the bustling town of Stourport-on-Severn.

Enter via the communal entrance which takes you up to this unique apartment where the owner's personal touches and attention to detail is evident as soon as you walk through the front door.

The open plan living accommodation has a very well-equipped kitchen, complete with everything needed to cook dinner, a breakfast bar for two as well as dining area and sumptuous sitting area, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the area or watching your favourite film.

Doors from the living area take you to a balcony with chairs, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a refreshing drink before heading out to try one of the towns many restaurants and bars.

Enjoy a stroll around the Georgian canal basin, watch the canal boats navigate through the locks or stop off and relax in the one of the tea rooms, pubs or restaurants in the area.

Just a 10 minute drive, Whitley Court an English Heritage property would be a very enjoyable way to spend an afternoon.

Or take in one of the many walks on the local SSSI Nature Reserve, or spend a day exploring the nearby riverside town of Bewdley, West Midlands Safari Park, the beautiful Wyre Forest, Astley Burf vineyards or Cadbury World in the pretty area of Bournville.

Nestling amongst the beautiful unspoilt countryside of the Severn Valley, the ancient riverside town of Stourport-on-Severn is a popular tourist destination, with many black and white timbered buildings and an abundance of amenities and activities. Many individual shops, traditional pubs, restaurants and cafes can be found in and around the town. Visitors to Stourport may choose to take a cruise along the river, enjoy a day's fishing, take a ride on horseback or bike along the many lovely bridleways, or stroll through the heather clad hills, woodlands and heathland of Hartlebury Common, a 200 acre SSSI Nature Reserve on the outskirts of the town. The market town of Bewdley is just a short drive away and has been described as 'the most perfect Georgian town in Worcestershire'.
