Superb, comfortable, accommodation in a great location within easy walking distance of the old town and free on street parking.

This is a well thought out and well presented apartment.

It's got everything you need (although maybe a washing machine would be useful, but I appreciate there isn't space) Allison & Mark were very friendly & welcoming and had provided a lovely welcome pack. We would stay again if we're in the area!

Parking no problem, obtaining key easy and what a beautifully decorated and furnished property.

Bed so comfortable and a quiet location. Easy stroll into town and a good selection of shops, cafes and eateries. Our batteries are recharged.

We really enjoyed our stay in The Escape.

It was very clean and the owners had made a great use of a small space. The chairs were very comfortable, the decor is tasteful and there was a pleasant outlook onto the front garden. Malvern is a fine little town (to which we'd love to return) with brilliant hills and a lively cultural life. Its centre is only about 10 minutes walk from The Escape. Parking is no problem, if you do need to use the car. The owners are nearby, friendly and helpful.

Decor was lovely, very clean, it had everything we needed for a weeks holiday. We were comfortable and happy. Excellent location for both Great Malvern, walks on the hills and for exploring outside of Malvern. The property owner was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Lovely apartment with comfy bed and everything we could want. The hosts were also very lovely and helpful.

The Escape (and Hideaway) are located in the Undercoft of a quite lovely historic home, a very brief and pleasant stroll to the Abbey, The Bluebird Tea Room, and other town amenities.

The Rail station is a 20 minute walk (for my broken down body!), or a 5 minute drive with excellent parking and one of the most beautiful stations in the UK! Naturally, Great Malvern is a splendid place to visit! Our hosts were traveling to visit children overseas, yet they were very responsive to our questions and needs. The kitchen was very good and the booklet of instructions etc. very useful indeed. The Welcome Basket was great!…very thoughtful! Parking on the street was fine and our hosts allowed us to park in front of the street level garage as well. If this were my property, I would install a small microwave, and perhaps provide a bit more tea and coffee? Additionally (Although I can’t attest to the feasibility of this), a small washer/dryer (or access to one) would be an incredible plus! (This is based upon our vast experience with self-catering across the UK.)…just a suggestion! The bed was splendid, very comfortable, the rooms/bathroom were spotless, and we were very gratified to be able to adjust heat to our comfort (it was chilly at night!). Due to a misunderstanding, there was only one towel set provided, but we managed. Since the flat is in the Undercroft of the house, there is some mustiness, especially in the closet spaces. Again, if this were my property, I would purchase a small portable air cleaner (we had a pair of Oreck air cleaners for this purpose that were fabulous! So, very enjoyable stay, garden/terrace in the front, we will visit again! Dr. MarkAndrewCook

Had a great week at the escape.

Very convenient and comfortable and Allison was wery helpful at every stage. Only thing we missed was a microwave. Very highly recommended holiday accommodation in Great Malvern.

A lovely self-contained flat in a beautiful character property.

The inside is updated and quaint for 1 or 2 people in a very convenient location. The attention to detail is wonderful and the bed was very comfortable. Shower is a nice rain shower, but do note the fan does take a while to turn off. The kitchen is very well stocked and all of the “treats” left are a very nice touch. My only cons are that there were hairs and coffee drops on the floor in the bedroom, and the remotes are different to the ones in the picture instructions. Hosts are quick to reply and are now aware of TV remote instructions need to be updated. I would highly recommend this property and would be happy to stay again. Please note there are a set of steep steps up to the property. No problem for myself, but could be for some.

Great Malvern is a nice town, walking was great and easy to hop on a train to travel further afield.

This is such a perfect accomodation in Great Malvern.

Near the Priory and the best restaurants and shops. The apartment is immaculate and well furnished. The owners are both attentive and delightful! Will definitely repeat this stay on my next visit.

I had a really lovely stay.

Room was as described, clean and comfortable, and owner was in touch to see if I needed anything more. Breakfast items were left for us, which was a nice touch, and I'd definitely be back if I visit the area again. Location was good, a short drive from lovely walks and close to the High St and numerous coffee shops and restaurants :)

As a single traveller, The Escape was ideal - friendly, helpful host; comfortable accommodation; very convenient for exploring the surrounding AONB.

Lovely week at The Escape.

Ideally situated near the shops, restaurants and pubs. Allison and Mark were easy to contact in case of any problems. We would stay here again if visiting the area.

It was lovely and clean and very warm The Host was very informative and very friendly.

The only thing we didn’t pick up on when booking is there is no sitting room only 2 chairs in the bedroom.

The owners provided just the right amount of contact with us as guests, helpful and friendly but not evasive.

The Escape was a perfect location for us to enjoy the town of Malvern and walk the hills.

The beautifully appointed accommodation was both comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mark and Alison were excellent hosts, from communications regarding restaurant recommendations and walking routes to the thoughtful touches of muesli, croissants and milk left for our stay. Highly recommended.

Perfect location for exploring the area and town.

Excellent accommodation, a good range of equipment, kind extras and friendly hosts. The TV was a bit of a puzzle but pretty much everything else worked well. It was nice to have a small and reasonably private garden area to enjoy the open air.

The flat is very conveniently located in an attractive road only a short walk from the town and access to the hills, perfect for a short stay.

It has a fresh and modern feel and was super clean. The owners who live in the upstairs property are very friendly and helpful. The Malverns area is fantastic with much to explore - highly recommend!

The area is fantastic.

Would recommend doing the guided tour from the tourist info office just a short walk into town. The Malvern hills are in walking distance as well and offer amazing views of the surround. The Escape is a cosy and comfy property, with fantastic facilities and a very friendly owner. We had a great time here

It was a wonderful place to stay.

Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen and a spacious shower room. All furniture and fittings were of a very high standard and the hosts Mark & Allison were very friendly and welcoming. They are proud of their apartment and rightly so. Would highly recommend The Escape as a place to relax and unwind. Close enough to the local shops, cafes/coffee shops and the walks around the Malvern Hills & British Camp (Iron Age Fort) It is a short walk to a pleasant, friendly pub ( The Nag's Head ), where we had a drink and lunch..

We had a lovely long-weekend break at the Escape and would thoroughly recommend it.

The hosts Alison and Mark were thoughtful and helpful and the property has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was very clean and so very comfy. A great location if you don't want to have to keep driving. We parked up on the first night and did not use the car again until we left. Lots of nice places to eat and drink, and great access to walking in the hills. The outside space was nice too especially for a sundowner after a walk. Book this property, you won't be disappointed!

Exactly what its name says 'the escape', a great base to explore both the local area and further afield, really well located.

The Escape is a charming, ground floor apartment in a beautiful period house.

The bathroom and kitchen are very well equipped. The whole apartment was scrupulously clean and decorated to a high standard. The Malvern Hills area is beautiful with lots of walks available from the property and is an ideal base to explore the wider area. The owners were very friendly and helpful and provided lots of information of things to do.

The Escape is a lovely bolt hole, in a fantastic location a short walk from the centre of Malvern.

It combines the best of both worlds, being in a stately period building yet having a fresh, contemporary feel and decor. Allison was extremely friendly and helpful, going the extra mile, and allowed me to sit out on her sunny terrace at the front of the house when I wanted to read and enjoy the good weather. All in all, a great stay in a very stylish and convenient apartment. Recommended!
