“Pear Tree Cottage is a very comfortable, high quality property in a peaceful location.”

A true haven, but easily accessed from major routes. It has lovely open views from the fully enclosed adult, child and pet friendly garden. Private parking is immediately outside the property which is a bonus when loading/unloading and always guaranteed when returning after a day out. Its’ location makes it particularly appealing if you want walks from your front door, with an abundance of footpaths and bridleways and far reaching views to be enjoyed. A car is essential to access facilities such as shops, pubs, restaurants and other entertainment. My only comment would be that some more detailed directions when leaving the A road would be helpful, as the roadside signpost for The Lenches has been flattened and the directions do not detail a right hand turn onto Furze Hill in the direction of Sheriffs Lench. The lanes are relatively narrow and unlit and It took me several attempts to find the property (albeit in the dark) and the private driveway is easily missed. Other than that I would give Pear Tree Cottage a 10/10 - it met all expectations and suited my requirements perfectly.
