Well located, clean, tidy and comfortable cottage.

The house had milk, biscuits, tea coffee and also a bottle of prosecco on arrival. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to others, thankyou

Lovely peaceful cottage,we found it easy to park.The main reason we like it is the long secure grass garden for our dog.Comfortable rooms and lovely big bathroom.Very quick to walk into town and the great priory pub/restaurant.

Lovely cottage, perfectly situated for access to surrounding areas.

Spotless & welcoming, has everything you need as a homely base when visiting & exploring the Cotswolds. The village is a very short walk, as are two cracking pubs that do wonderful food. Parking is a little edgy as the narrow road is very busy, neighbours warned me that cars do get clipped, I parked a minute up the road my car was fine. We’ve stayed in a few Cotswolds cottages & this was one of the best. Would definitely recommend!

We came to Tetbury to attend a wedding, the cottage was ideally situated for the centre of Tetbury.

We found the cottage to be very clean and well equipped. The weather was very warm and we spent most of the time in the garden, however the interior of the cottage was very cool. We found Tracey to be very helpful

The property was comfortable and very well situated for touring the Cotswolds.

The shower is quite small and leaked onto the bathroom floor.

The Cottage is really lovely, fully equiped - like a home from home.

The garden was great for the dogs to safely run around. The location is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds many villiages. Highly recommend this cottage

The Cottage was very clean and welcoming.

It had everything needed for a really lovely stay and central to lots of interesting days out. The welcome pack for us and our dogs was really thoughtful, and a starter pack for the fire was great. It's an easy walk into Tetbury with all it's little shops and pubs. We'll look forward to staying her again.

Had a great stay at The Cottage during Christmas week.

It was all decorated for us, which we didn’t expect, and there was a lovely Welcome Pack of Christmas goodies. Despite weather being really cold, cottage was warm & cosy. Everything you could have wanted was there including usb ports by the bed to charge your phone. Excellent roll top bath which was great. Only thing missing was a dishwasher but with only two of us it wasn’t a problem. Cottage very convenient for Tesco Superstore, and lots of good pubs nearby and great walk along the Tetbury Trail. Would highly recommend Cottage and location.

A fantastic place to stay Communication with Tracey was first class before, during and after our stay I highly recommended both the cottage and the town of Tetbury

The property was clean, tidy & comfortable.

It would be helpful to have a garden light so that one can see one's dog should it need to pop out prior to settling down for the night, not that it is too much of a problem. The cottage is in a good location with quick and easy access to local shops and the surrounding area.

The cottage was well equipped for cooking and day to day living.

However , the cottage could have smelt less'doggy' especially in the bedrooms . The attempt to use an upholstery spray prior to us arriving , did little to disguise this . Despite this , the cottage proved to be well appointed for the town centre , and a good jumping off point for visiting outside Tetbury.

Cosy and comfortable cottage, perfectly located for exploring the shops and restaurants in Tetbury (most of which are dog friendly).

On a busy road but we had no trouble parking. Our greyhound loved the long garden and watching next door’s chickens. Very comfy beds with quality bedding. Owner was very helpful.

It felt very homely

We had a wonderful week at the Cottage, which provided a great base for exploring the Cotswolds from the lovely town of Tetbury.

The enclosed back garden was great for our four-legged friend and sitting in after a day out seeing the sites (Bath, Gloucester, Lechlade for a lovely walk along the river, Bourton-on-the-water and the "Slaughters" among the highlight). Tetbury itself has everything needed from a Tesco to some really nice (and friendly) hotels and pubs along with a lovely arts centre/cafe - The Goods Shed. We also used the takeaway at the Bengal Lancer a couple of times! Highly recommended.

A lovely cottage with a large back garden and a sunny patio.

The location is perfect for walking into Tetbury town and there is a supermarket just around the corner that is open early and late. Towels and bed linen of high quality, and the bed is super comfy. The milk and teabags on arrival is always a good sign of a thoughtful owner. We would definitely recommend this cottage, and if we are ever in the area again, this would be our first choice of accommodation.

This is our 3rd visit in 3 years.

Lovely welcoming gift from Tracey. The cottage is perfect. Fab beds and pillows. Wonderful big garden. Cooker easy to use. Only downside is dog smell but it was very hot during our stay so we opened all windows. This can't he helped as it is a dog friendly cottage and this is why we book it.

This is a delightful property and very comfortable.

We enjoyed meeting the neighbours, particularly with the smallholding on the left hand side. It's well-located for a superstore, good local shops and plenty of good places to eat and drink. The street parking is a challenge but there was space every evening in the entrance road to the nearby industrial estae which seemed a bit safer so no real problem.

The cottage was welcoming and the owner kindly contacted us to arrive earlier than expected.

No issues with parking on the road outside. However it’s a VERY busy road so not easy to get in and out. The cottage itself has all the day to day things that you need. And the added extras provided by the owners ie Prosecco , dog treats, biscuits were greatly appreciated. The property felt warm and inviting. However, we do feel that some diy and maintenance of the property is needed. The smell of damp was noticeable whilst eating at the breakfast table. And upstairs main bedroom smelt worse. We had the window opened wide to help but the road is so busy and noisy that it did prevent a restful nights sleep. In general we felt that the decor needs refreshing as it looks a bit tired and the damp stains all up the stairs a little off putting. The added bathroom extension houses a lovely bathroom but again totally unfinished , exposed brickwork and missing guttering all limit what could be a nice home.

We had a really great week at the cottage.

It is so well positioned. Only 10 min walk into Tetbury itself. It has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday. It is also a great base if you want to explore the Cotswolds further. Parking is outside the cottage on a busy main road but we had no trouble even with two cars with us. The weather the week we stayed was cold but the property was warm and very comfortable. The log burner was a great addition with further supplies of logs available from Tesco (2 mins walk) and the Hardware shop just down the road. The cottage was also so dog friendly with a secure garden. Indeed the pubs and cafes in Tetbury itself were happy to welcome dogs. The are loads of walks in and around Tetbury and a number of great pubs to visit. The Priory (Gastro pub) just 5 mins walk from the cottage has a fantastic menu and great staff. The Royal Oak 10 mins walk away does a great Sunday lunch. Also recommended the Cat and Custard Pot if you fancy a longer yomp or a short drive. It is advisable to book a table even in Winter in all the pubs/hotels. The Goods Yard Event Centre is also worth a visit even if you just want a coffee and a cake. A great walk is to be had up the old railway line. There is a pub at the end of the walk but worth checking first if it’s open if you intend to call in. Would thoroughly recommend the cottage and Tetbury. The owners of the cottage were also so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the Prosecco! We hope we can stay again in the future.

The cottage is well equipped and equipped an comfortable. Highlights of our visit were visiting the Woodchester mansion and grounds, and eating at The Priory, which is just up the road. (You should book if you want to eat there as it was full when we went - we got the last table)

The Cottage is located very conveniently for visiting the Cotswolds, with the centre of Tetbury just a few minutes by foot and many other attractions within a short drive. The owner was very considerate, responding quickly to any questions we had and providing a lovely welcome pack. We would certainly recommend The Cottage and we would like to return here again in future.

Close to all amenities in walking distance. Dog friendly everywhere and lots of walks and places to visit near by. The cottage garden was lovely for our small dog as she loved sitting out on nice warm days. The owner thought of everything including a lovely bottle of bubbly, milk and biscuits, even dog treats and bags. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The Cottage is a terrific place to stay.

Everything about it was great. We have stayed in places before, meant to be dog friendly, where in fact they are dog tolerant, The Cottage is very dog welcoming. A large secure garden for our Lab to run around in. The garden furniture was most welcome and it was lovely to sit out there after a day out. The Cottage itself was very comfortable and plenty of room for us to chill out. The bedrooms had lots of storage, the bed and bed linen was so cosy and we really slept well. Although we ate out in the evening, the kitchen was really well equipped and you would have no issues in cooking a meal if that is what suits you. Very centrally located, Tesco's just a couple of minutes walk away. The town itself was just a 5 to 10 minute walk away with lots of choices to get a meal or drink. Also very near to some dog walks where your fur baby can enjoy new smells and get a paddle. Tracey had contacted us to let us know Cottage was ready before 3pm. She had also left us some welcome bits which were much appreciated. We had a problem finding back door key(later on located), Tracey came over with a spare key within the hour, very impressed. We can definitely say , we would certainly return here if visiting area again and there is so much to see and, a very strong possibility.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

Comfortable lounge and well-equipped kitchen, roomy bedrooms, spacious downstairs bathroom with separate bath (a welcome rarity) and shower. Large secure garden, perfect for our dog. The cottage is situated on a busy road, but we were able to park right outside the cottage with no problem at all. Short walk into Tetbury, very pretty village with shops/cafe's very dog friendly, also dog friendly pubs within 10 mins walk. Large Tesco few minutes walk away. Lots to see & do in this part of the Cotswolds. Tetbury is well located as a base with good road network to access other areas.

Well equipped cottage with really nice decor.

A lot of thought has been put into making sure guests have everything they need. Secure garden for our dog. Had good weather so was able to enjoy using the patio furniture. The sofas, chairs and beds were very comfortable. Bath and separate shower which was great. Large TV, watched a few Netflix movies after our days out. Lots of interesting places to visit within easy reach and a nice dining pub just a walk along the road. Can also recommend the Cat and Custard Pot dining pub at Shipton Moyne for great food, a short drive from the cottage. Tetbury centre a short walk away and plenty of good dog walks nearby. Very pretty cottage, central to Tetbury the parking was easy even though on a main road.

A good garden for our dog she could run around without us having to be with her. It’s peaceful and a comfortable place to stay.

The cottage was very clean and the fresh milk was welcome.

Beds were comfortable and I appreciated the warning triangle to put on my car door. We found the TV screen a little small but Netflix etc. worked ok. The folder with guest information was a great help. Great location - just a short walk to Tesco if we ran out of anything, and we were able to explore some of the local area without using the car. Would recommend the Cottage as a great Cotswold base to stay.

Big enough for four adults, one toddler and a large dog. Well equipped. Very large garden. Willow the dog was very keen on checking out the chickens and ducks in the coupe next door. Very comfy beds. Highly recommend

Super cottage with everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable break.

When we got there the cottage was lovely and warm, the visitors information book was full of useful information for visiting, eating out and dog walks. Lovely dog friendly garden with access to the road so no need to worry about wet dirty paws. We will definitely go back and stay again.

Comfortable, well equipped and very dog friendly cottage, ideally placed to explore Tetbury and local Cotswold towns.

Lovely touch to receive fizz and biscuits on arrival. We enjoyed the recommended local dog walks and the cafes, bakers and bookshop in the town. It was raining during much of our stay and we particularly welcomed the hose, rear garden access and towel to clean up our muddy but very happy Lab!

Nice cottage with private garden.

Centrally located and well equipped. We can recommend Cirencester for a day out. Our dog especially enjoyed the park there and was able to meet lots of friends. In Tetbury we can recommend Cafe 53 and the Royal Oak Pub. Both are very dog friendly.

A very comfortable cottage with a lovely safe garden for our dog to stretch his legs.

Great location to walk into Tetbury and explore the many local independent shops and market. Had some delicious meals in The Priory, The Snooty Fox and The Close Hotel along with the many coffee shops. There are some good walks around Tetbury too, so you can vary your walk into the town. The cottage is a great location to explore the Cotswold.

It was a perfect base to explore this part of the county. The owner provided everything you could possibly need and the welcome goodies were much appreciated.

We had a lovely stay in The Cottage.

It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy and it was very pet friendly with bowls, towels, poo bags and treats provided. Tracey, the owner was very helpful and texted to say the cottage was ready before the 3 pm takeover time. The back garden was secure and had a nice patio seating area. Our Border Collie spent a lot of time investigating the chickens, who were in a coop on the other side of the fence in the neighbours garden! Biscuits and Prosecco were a nice touch and there were lots of information leaflets about the surrounding area. We visited quite a few Cotswold towns and villages and would recommend Cirencester and its park and The Cotswold Waterpark, both of which were great for dog walks. As was Dyrham Park ( National Trust) We had a lovely meal in The Priory pub, literally 2 minutes walk from the cottage, and The Ormonde and The Close hotel in Tetbury, about 4 minutes walk, had lovely outside seating areas for a drink. The only constructive criticism I can give is that we found the key safe a bit tricky to open, the kettle needed descaling ( which I did), we couldn’t find a pizza cutter and a bin in the bedrooms would be handy! We had a lovely holiday in a very comfortable and super clean cottage and would highly recommend it.

Lovely stay at The Cottage.

Tracey was a great host and available if we needed her, which we took advantage of when we needed to know about the local area. Parking was easy and we nearly always had a space outside the cottage, there was only one day where we parked a couple of cars down from outside the front door. It's the first time for me, having to park on-street whilst on holiday, I was very pleased that it was so easy! Arriving after a very long journey from Norwich... We found perfect 'welcome gifts' for both us and our dog! The cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed for a comfortable, self-catering week away and we made full use of all the amenities. We cooked every day and it felt home-from-home. The beds were comfy and having a quality fan in each of our rooms were a real added bonus! My personal favourite holiday treat is a nice bath (I only have a shower at home) The bath at The Cottage was superb, very luxurious! We made use of the patio furniture on a daily basis, perfect setting for our English Breakfast's. The sunshine hits that area all day. When it got a bit too much, we made use of the tilting parasols; I've now ordered one for home, great idea! Our doggie loved the fenced in garden and we felt confident with letting him go out and explore the garden when we were inside the cottage. Tetbury market town is only a 5 minute stroll from the cottage. We had a Tetbury Tuesday day, wandering around the town and Abbey. I bought myself some lovely gifts from the Highgrove store... thank you HRH! If you love antiques, you're in for a real treat, Tetbury has some amazing antique shops! The cottage is in a location that allowed us to make visits to other surrounding areas. We had days out to Bath, Boughton-On-The-Water, Cotwolds Farm Park, Cirencester, Bilury, Castle Combe and even went over the Seven to Wye Valley; I'd recommend the Duchess Ride Viewpoint walk. Thank you Tracey, we've come home with some amazing memories and well rested.

Really comfortable. Our dog loved the secure garden. Everything we could possibly need was provided (plus more). Really nice personal touches: dog treats, cookies, Prosecco, milk, games, etc. Perfect location for exploring the area. Would definitely recommend.

Beautifully clean and thought of everything, even the thing you put on your car when you have to park on the road.

Also bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits. Milo the black Labrador was very grateful for the dog biscuits.

First time for us in the Cotswolds and The Cottage was a fantastic base for us to explore and with easy parking outside the front door.

Nicely furnished and comfortable, warm with excellent hot water supply. Kitchen well equipped and all rooms a nice size. The garden was a good size and safe for the dog. Nice comfortable outdoor furniture which we enjoyed when the sun came out! A short walk into Tetbury highstreet and 3 minutes from Tesco. Great location for visiting Cardiff and Bristol too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely decor, well equipped, sparklingly clean! Very dog friendly with a great enclosed garden, bowls, treats, poo bags! . The owner, Tracey, left some wine and milk which was a nice touch and she was really friendly and helpful- text us to say we could move in well ahead of given time. Easy 5min walk to lovely Tetbury. Would highly recommend!

Well located for exploring and very comfortable furnishings. Massive garden. Road outside very busy so needed earplugs to sleep. Bathroom very pretty.

This is a great cottage with everything you need for a small family, and of course the dog as the garden is long and secure.

The beautiful village of Tetbury is a 10 minute walk where you will find 4-5 excellent Pubs/restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Another great week at The Cottage, Tetbury that was made even better with the sunshine.

The new outside space is a real plus to the property. The patio is a sun trap with comfortable furniture to match making it the ideal base for a Cotswolds visit.

The cottage is very welcoming.

It is also extremely comfortable. The beds, sofas and armchairs are amongst the best we have had in self catering. The cottage feels spacious with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen and bathroom are both very well equipped and the enclosed garden was a boon for our Westie. Only a short stroll from the centre of Tetbury, this cottage is a real find and we are looking forward to returning for a longer visit. Highly recommended! Ella.

The Cottage was great for a family getaway in the Cotswolds.

The property has been decorated to a high standard, is well heated and has constant hot water. It's within walking distance of pretty much everything in Tetbury, and a good base to explore the wider area. As another reviewer mentioned, there's nothing that the property lacks, from wifi and ample crockery and bedding to board games and a wood-burning stove for those rainy days. Our whole family enjoyed the stay, and we look forward to going back.

A beautiful cottage, it had everything we needed.

Perfect for our doggie too. Great quality beds, we often struggle to find cottages with a king size bed for my tall husband, this one was simply perfect.

Spacious, clean and well equipped cottage in the heart of a beautiful cotswold town.

Only a short stroll to all shops, pubs and restaurants. Parking on street was no problem. Easy access from the cottage to surrounding towns and attractions. The cottage itself has a generous living room with log burner and a well proportioned eat-in kitchen. Sometimes we've stayed in cottages where the layout is awkward and you have to squeeze past each other to get around - not so here. Bedrooms again are well proportioned and very comfortable. Mattresses are a medium firmness. Most dog friendly cottage we've been to, with throws provided if your dog likes to sit on the sofa, and an extremely long garden for them to play in. Dog treats and dog bowls provided too. We all loved our stay here.

Well appointed with good facilities. Very comfortable bed and a great garden for the dog Nice welcome with dog treats provided too . Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Convenient location with just a short walk to town. For those with an electric car charging station at Tesco literally 100 yards from the door. Although on the main road parking was easy and no road noise inside The owner was most helpful

A really nice little cottage, well furnished and equipped.

Considering it was the coldest freezing December week for a while we were comfortable and our little dog was secure for a run about in the back garden.

Fabulous cottage in a great location.

The helpful and friendly owners, Tracey and Adam, have furnished and equipped this cottage fantastically well throughout. Comfy furniture and beds, powerful shower, ample crockery and cutlery, detailed guidebook to the cottage and Tetbury …. this list could go on and on! A Tesco store is only a five minute walk from the front door and there is also a Co-Op in the town centre. Tetbury has a host of shops (several selling antiques - we recommend Top Banana Antiques), restaurants and pubs (The Priory Inn, the closest to the cottage, is great). The slightly quirky Blue Zucchini Brasserie, near St Marys’ Church, has friendly owners and staff and serves tasty food and drink. We also enjoyed a takeaway meal from the fish and chip shop near the Snooty Fox pub which is also worth visiting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cottage and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Communication with the owner was excellent throughout and we greatly appreciated her message to let us know that the cottage had been cleaned and was ready for occupation just after 1pm. It was spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped. It was warm and comfortable, particularly all the beds. The garden is lovely- much nicer than it looks on the photos. It is very well located, close to a Tesco superstore and only a five minute walk into Tetbury. Tetbury itself is a lovely small town with interesting shops and a great range of places to eat and drink. We would particularly recommend Lola’s for a meal. We will definitely be back. Cosy cottage and lovely, helpful owner!

Thoughtful touches such as torches under the sink (useful when taking the dog out at night!), washing pods for the washing machine, clear instructions and lots of helpful information in the Guest info book, bowls and towels and blankets for the dog, and the bath is great! I could go on and on! Only one negative - the beds in the 2nd bedroom are ok for kids but dead uncomfortable for adults!

Ideal location for touring the Cotswolds.

Well equipped cottage which was spotlessly clean. A large secluded back garden to sit in. Very comfortable beds and excellent wi-fi connection.

Lovely cottage, nicely furnished with good quality items.

We booked for 4 adults, a baby and a dog so full capacity, we didn't all stay for the week which was just as well as it did seem crowded. So generally it was 3 adults and baby. The baby items - travel cot and highchair were excellent quality and cleanliness. The layout is a little unsuitable for a crawling 9mth old due to a small step from the living room to the kitchen which baby made a beeline for when the door was open, they learn quickly but we had to be vigilant. The TV in the lounge was small for the room (I know it's not essential) but we weren't going out at night. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wished to cook a meal. The bathroom with its free standing bath and separate shower cubicle is gorgeous. The beds are comfortable and the rooms furnished nicely. The garden is a good size and grassed, with plenty of outside seating and sun umbrellas which we made plenty of use of. The cottage is on a busy road, it is on street parking so it means you don't always get close to the house which is fine apart from loading and unloading a car or 2. Tetbury itself is a quaint market town with numerous antique shops and some interesting independent shops and cafes. Plenty of hotels and pubs serving food, be aware though - if it rains you cannot get a taxi on a Saturday night! The owner is very helpful, we had a nice stay thank you.

This was a first for us, to stay in a holiday cottage, as we have dogs, it seemed a much more relaxed option. Our well behaved dogs loved it and settled well. The garden is very long for them to exercise

Well equipped comfortable cottage, walking distance to all the Tetbury shops, pubs and restaurants.

Good sized bedrooms and bathroom with excellent walk in shower and free standing bath. Large dog friendly secure garden.
