Nutchat Barn

Nutchat Barn was everything you could wish for in a holiday home.

For the two of us it was just perfect. Lovely location, very safe and sucure. The owners were lovely people and very helpful. If you need a place to stay in the Cotswolds then this is the place to stay.

Excellent accommodation, well equipped and in a beautiful location on Grove Farm.

Owners really friendly and on hand if needed. Will definitely return when visiting the Cotswolds.

Accommodation was of a high standard and owners friendly and welcoming

The cottage was in a very quiet location and it was extremely comfortable.

The cottage was spotlessly clean and the owners were available to help should we have needed assistance.

Great property.

Excellent location for a peaceful stay.Everything you needed was there.Very friendly owners.Would love to stay again.

Superb accommodation in every regard.

Lovely peaceful location yet handy for amenities and shopping etc. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly. 5 stars from us.

Lovely location in the Cotswolds.

Very relaxing place to stay and take trips out from. Very well presented and spacious self-catering cottage on a small working farm. It was a real treat to be able to walk around and say hello to the animals. The owners are very welcoming and friendly. Kind touch to find a pint of milk in the fridge and biscuits.

The cottage was clean, comfortable and well managed.

The surroundings were peaceful and the animals were delightful. Easy access to many beautiful Cotswold villages with good road links to Oxford.

Fabulous stay at Nutchat Barn!

Jade & Fern are lovely hosts, nothing is too much trouble. The barn is immaculately clean and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Great location for nearby towns, we visited many including Bourton on the water, Whitney, Broadway & Chipping Norton. Treated ourself to some local beer from the Diddly Squat Farm shop at the Farmers Dog. The views are amazing & it's so peaceful, we booked to go back at Christmas! Thank you so much for making our stay so special, best wishes Helen & Wayne x

The property was clean and comfortable.

The proximity to lots of places of interest nearby was good.

Great family farm cottage, very welcoming and lovely to meet all the animals if you want to.

Nice and central to all the best of the cotswolds we never drove for more than 45 minutes to any place we wanted to visit.

Nutchat Barn is a first class barn conversion - modern, well equipped, clean and well located.

Our hosts were great; also living on the farm, they were friendly and very helpful. A perfect place to stay for visiting the Cotswolds.

The apartment is one of three modern conversions in an iconic Cotswold farm yard.

It is light and airy with modern furnishing and equipment. Particularly liked the rare breed sheep in the field next door. It is well placed for visiting all the Cotswold towns, villages and attractions. Don't miss the ruin of Minster Lovell Hall which is an English Heritage site just down the road and is free to enter

There was everything we required for our weeks holiday.

The property was spotlessly clean and adequately heated. However some instructions on how to operate the microwave and cooker would have been helpful. Really enjoyed our time there, thankyou.

Our second time at this farm, truly beautiful environment, clean and comfortable accommodation and very nice people who own the farm.

Highly recommend that you stay here as the gateway to the Cotswolds. ,

Fantastic holiday cottage, well equipped and beautifully clean.

Excellent location, quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be returning

An amazing cottage set in beautiful Cotswold countryside Very welcoming and friendly helpful owners A gorgeous stay and we will return beautiful

Nutchat barn is a beautiful property, absolutely spotless and in a lovely quiet area but near to lots of villages and things to do.

The farm the cottage is on is lovely and clean and very well kept. Would highly recommend.

A lovely cottage in a beautiful countryside location yet only minutes away from Whitney.

The family that own the cottages live on site and are really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the cottage and area for a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location was great to visit many villages. We loved playing with Millie (one of the farm's dogs). Would highly recommend.

Perfect!

Wonderful week at Grove Farm.

All the accommodation here is very good and exactly as described. Small working farm, lovely atmosphere. All very private but owners there if needed and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Nutchat Barn is a credit to the owners.

We had a wonderful week there. Absolutely everything was perfect, spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and decorated and extremely well equipped. The bed and bedding were pristine and so comfortable, just as we expected from this top class accommodation. The setting on the farm and the views are beautiful. We loved the peace and quiet. It was good to meet Jade, Ferne and their Father, who were there if we needed any information, but not at all intrusive. Thank you again for a lovely stay. We hope you'll let us return in the future. Hilary and Alan Howarth

This was our second visit to Nutchat Barn and we really enjoyed our holiday here.

It is a very comfortable property with plenty of hot water, fluffy towels that smelt gorgeous all week, and a comfortable bed to retire to every night. The owners are on hand should you need anything and are very welcoming and friendly. The two little dogs are also very friendly and popped in to see us every day!! The property is well situated for touring round and there is plenty to see in the area. We would certainly recommend the property.

Would like to thank Jade and family for a great stay.

exceptional cottage

We really enjoyed our November stay at Nutchat this delightful cottage is beautifully furnished and both comfortable and cosy.

We had the best of both worlds - a quiet countryside location with the charismatic Cotswolds on the doorstep. We highly recommend.

Both Jade her sister and family where very nice and friendly, there if you wanted them for anything but left you alone otherwise.

Barn was lovely, nice restaurants nearby, great location.

The property was very clean and comfortable.

We couldn’t fault it. It is a excellent base for anyone wishing to explore the Cotswolds and Oxford area. We would throughly recommend it.

A beautiful, well designed space.

Absolutely spotless, the sofa was comfortable & the bed was perfect for a good nights sleep. The property was secure & had everything we could possibly need. The owners were there to greet us & they were very welcoming, Jade & Fern. They assured us that if we needed anything they were available, so friendly & kind - a real home from home. We loved our time there.

Had a brilliant stay at Nutchat Barn.

Jade and her family made us welcome and gave excellent advice on local facilities. The barn felt like a home from home with everything you would need for a restful stay. So good, we've already booked for next year.

Excellent accommodation in a private and secure location.

Clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Scrupulously clean and well maintained.

Lovely location. Jade and Fern (and their Dad) were all lovely and friendly. The White Hart pub in Minster Lovell is excellent for a meal and can highly recommend a visit to Aston Pottery.

this cottage is a great location to visit Oxford, it is comfortable well decorated and, the kitchen is well fitted out and the bedroom is spacious and has a wardrobe and chest of drawers and the bed is very very comfortable and the bathroom is well fitted out, you also get a very warm welcome from Jade, there is a list of all the places you might need with telephone numbers and post codes for the local supermarkets etc and we can recommend the local pub the White Heart food is excellent

Ideal accommodation in a lovely setting.

Loved the location and the barn and farm it’s on is beautiful, very friendly owners too.

What are you looking for in a holiday?

A place to stay while exploring the cotswold? A quiet relaxing holiday? A romantic setting in the heart of the country with fantastic views, but a short drive from cosy pubs in beautiful towns and villages? Then look no further than Nuthatch at Grove Farm. With terrific hostesses in Jade and her sister, for whom nothing seemed to be any trouble, we could not have felt more welcome. A wonderful holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nutchat Barn.

The owners were very friendly. It was spotlessly clean and very tastefully furnished and we'll equipped. We would highly recommend this complex and everywhere in the Cotswolds was at most thirty minutes away.

Nut Chat Barn was exceptional!

The hosts were very friendly and nothing was too much for them. We enjoyed our stay very much (and the daily visits from Millie the dog). Would book again!

This cottage - Nuthatch Barn - is one of the nicest we have ever stayed in.

Exceeded our expectations - spotlessly clean, lovely light and airy and nothing at all done 'on the cheap'. Jade and her sister Fearne were the nicest of people you could hope to meet, open, friendly and very helpful. All credit to them. We certainly intend a return visit.

In addition to saying we had a wonderful time with everything ideal.

.the accommodation is perfect as my wife has difficulty walking.we could park right up to the door and everything inside suited her to a tee.would HIGHLY recommend. And such lovely people especially jade and fern .not forgetting millie

I booked this cottage for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary.

They thought it was a lovely place to stay; very comfortable and with all the equipment they needed. Both they and I were also v impressed with the owners: very friendly, kind and willing to help. The setting is v peaceful and the views superb.

This is a lovely little property and ideal for exploring.

Set on a beautiful farm with lovely views. Very quiet.

We really enjoyed our week in Nutchat Barn.

It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very well presented too and we would certainly recommend it. The owners were very friendly and greeted us on arrival and were on hand to answer any questions. There is a lot to see and do in the area and because of Covid-19 we had to book things and places in advance. This actually worked well for us as it meant we had to get up and out in the mornings instead of messing about!

Nutchat Barn is a really good base for exploring the Cotswolds, being close to one of the major roads through the area.

We particularly valued the space, especially in the bedroom, which in many holiday lets can often be small and cramped. The wi-fi internet connection was excellent, allowing a successful participation in an unavoidable Zoom business meeting. The hosts were helpful throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing more of our own self-catering than we would have normally done, in response to the Covid-19 risks of eating out.

This is a very modern clean barn conversion, lovely quiet surroundings, perfect for our little getaway to unwind and chill after all the recent upheavals.

Would definitely recommend this place. Hope to come back soon for some more peace and quiet.

Nutchat Barn was more than we expected, Jade was very accommodating and helpful, although there is no information of the tourist places that was because of the Covid19 disease,if anyone wanted to know anything you only have to ask, can recommend this property 100%

The cottage was in a great location and I was made very welcome.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay. The facilities were at a very high standard. My cottage was large enough for two people even though I visited on my own the stay very relaxing.

We had a wonderful week at Nutchat.

The cottage is in a lovely setting and spotlessly clean and suited our needs perfectly. It was in the perfect location for us to visit family in nearby Carterton. There are so many places to visit in this beautiful part of the country. We will be returning next year.

Accomodation is finished to a very high standard, is clean and comfortable and is well-equipped.

It is a a convenient location. Owners are very helpful.

The cottage is very comfortable and ideally situated for visiting Oxford and the many nearby Cotswold market towns.

Fern and Jade made us feel welcome and have furnished the cottages beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A truly idyllic location.

We were made very welcome by the family . Extremely well appointed clean and comfortable accommodation. Couldn't ask for more.

..which made a massive difference to our stay as we had a 10 week old baby with us! Jade and her family we’re so helpful and friendly. Great location to explore the Cotswolds and really near to Blenheim Palace.

Uncluttered and clean premises
