“We enjoyed the house, very spacious rooms, beds were super comfy, lovely bathroom with free standing bath, big TV with Netflix etc, but there were some maintenance issues which owner did sort out quickly, but really should have been checked before we arrived, such as 2 leaking fridges, leaking underneath the sink and the boiler had been turned off for the heating.”
There could have been better storage facilities in the bedrooms, especially the master bedroom, only had hanging rails, a wardrobe would have been nicer and a dresser of some sort as no surfaces to put makeup, jewellery, combs etc, no curtains or blinds in the kitchen diner, a more modern dining room table and chairs would benfit as well, paint work was worn in areas, the house is in a good spot for town and the retail park, it just needs updating.
