The property

Ridge Barn is a stunning ground floor barn conversion that accommodates eight guests in four excellent bedrooms, two of which have en-suites, on a working family farm near the village of Honington, close to Shipston on Stour.

The home, which was once the farm's milking parlour and dairy, has been meticulously restored and now boasts beautiful décor and modern amenities such as a wood burning stove, wireless internet connection, a Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen, and underfloor heating throughout.

There is an enclosed yard in front, and parking for up to four automobiles is available. The open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and lounge is ideal for socialising and dining with family and friends.

If you need a little privacy between the kitchen and dining room, pocket doors are available. Ridge Barn is a great place for a quiet break, set in beautiful countryside on the border of the North Cotswolds, about three miles from the lovely market town of Shipston-on-Stour.

Shipston on Stour, formerly a bustling wool town, now boasts a diverse range of independent businesses, pubs, and restaurants, including The Bower House, which was awarded one of the best 50 venues in the UK for a Sunday roast.

There are many cycle lanes and footpaths on the farm's doorstep, and the Centenary Way long distance walking track passes through the neighbouring villages of Whatcote and the Tysoes, the former of which boasts a Michelin-starred pub.

Ridge Barn is in a great location for visiting the North Cotswolds' many lovely towns and villages, such as Chipping Campden, Moreton-in-Marsh, Ebrington, and Broadway, as well as some of Warwickshire's best attractions, such as historical Stratford-upon-Avon, the impressive Warwick Castle, the Cotswolds Distillery, and the National Trust-owned Upton House and Gardens.

Day visits to sites further afield, such as Oxford, Cirencester, and Blenheim Palace, are simple to arrange.
