“Pleasant property but their was no carbon monoxide detector and the log burner set the smoke alarms off ,there were dirty pans ,there was a strong smell of oil ftom the boiler area and the Tv in the lounge was on a slant as it was on a school desk .”

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your stay. The property was checked prior to your arrival and there was a carbon monoxide detector in the living room. I apologise if this caused you to worry during your holiday. We will of course make sure that this is checked again for future guests. I'm also very sorry to hear that there were dirty pans left in the property as this should have been checked by our housekeeping team - this will be passed on to the relevant people. The property was checked after your departure and we were unable to see or smell any oil from the boiler. We appreciate that the TV may be on a slight slant due to the reclaimed and repurposed furniture that features in the property. We will do our best to rectify this issue for future guests.
