Be welcomed into the spacious kitchen/dining room, where you can pop on your chefs’ hat and conjure up culinary delights with the help of the electric oven and hob, fridge and microwave.

Settle down at the pine dining table for four, as you tuck-in to a tasty meal and discuss plans for the days ahead, all whilst enjoying the warmth of the double-sided woodburning stove which translates into the sitting room.

After a satisfying meal, relax on the three seater sofa or one of the armchairs in front of your favourite film on the Smart TV, as your furry friend curls up in front of the crackling woodburning stove.

As your eyes grow heavy, climb the stairs to the first-floor where you can wash away the day in the walk-in shower, before catching your rest in one of two tastefully decorated rooms, a super king-size with zip/link and a double.

Perched along the River Wye, you can embark on scenic walks or cycles, including The Wye Valley Walk, a 136-mile walk which offers stunning scenery and follows the border between England and Wales, as well as Three Choirs Way!

If you time your visit right, you will have the monthly farmers market to look forward to, where you can peruse the stalls which offer locally produced goods.

Close by is the ancient market town of Ledbury, full of historic charm and independent shops or why not visit the pretty town of Malvern, and the dramatic Malvern Hills!

Those looking to sample a piece of history should venture to Capler Hill, home to an Iron Age Hill Fort, along with beautiful countryside views.

Next stop is Hereford, well-known for its impressive 11th-century cathedral and Mappa Mundi world map, as well as its Black and White House Museum housed in a 17th-century timber framed building.
