Tawny is the most impressive state of the art modernist home, which celebrates Lower Mill Estate's dedication to luxury combined with architectural innovation!
Subtly positioned, the views over Somerford Lagoon are magnificent, and the interior offers a very spacious but truly expansive, welcoming and relaxing retreat.
We're quite sure you will love it as much as we do......
The property also has the benefit of access to the Spa and pools, but wait for it, along with only 8 other houses a private pool and spa 1 minute from your door.
All mod cons, wine cooler, bluetooth speaker and the biggest TV you could imagine, you cannot want for more at this lakeside paradise.
Not only that, but as one of just nine homes within a special, gated area (an estate-within-an-estate!), the property offers access to a private pool and gym, and it is situated about 30 seconds from your front door minutes from the Artspa.
The approach to Tawny is across a small footbridge, over a small waterway, and it enjoys open-plan lawned areas to front and rear, plus a second grassed area accessed via a shared footbridge adjoining Somerford Lagoon.
