    “4 cups/beakers alone, not really enough for 4people, and inconvenient - when unnecessary crockery takes up space.”

    Frying pan in poor condition. Instructions needed for heating. Car had to go into garage before return journey as stone picked up on difficult drive. Everything else very good.

What a stunning holiday cottage!

Bridge Barn offers so much as a holiday home that it is hard to imagine this not being a place you choose to return to once you've been the first time.

Perched on the edge of hill and with incredible views down the Slad Valley, this beautifully presented cottage has undergone a huge transformation which not only takes advantage of its awesome position, but internally provides every possible luxury you could want for a holiday.

A Sonos state of the art music system, underfloor heating throughout, built in TV's in all the main rooms, modern, cool furnishings and awesome views give this property complete standout appeal.

This is ideal for a family or for two couples as there are two very smart ensuite bathroom s and beds (in bedroom 2) which can be made as singles or doubles.

We loved this luxury cottage when we visited and we find it hard you won't feel the same when you stay!

Stroud 4 miles; Gloucester 7 miles; Cheltenham 10 miles.

Painswick, located only 7 miles from Cheltenham, is a town and civil parish in Gloucestershire. The town originated from the wool trade, but is now best known for its parish church’s yew trees and the local Rococo Garden. The village is mainly constructed of locally quarried Cotswold Stone. It stands on a hill in the Stroud district which overlooks one of the Five Valleys. It is home to a cricket and rugby team and has a popular golf course on the outskirts of the town. There is a local pubs such as The Oak and the Falcon Inn which offer real ales, real fires and a courtyard. Three miles from town you will find the foot of Painswick Beacon which affords vast views across the Gloucester and the Welsh Black Mountains. The ACP Gallery and local café can also be found nearby. Painswick is 4 miles north of Stroud and 4 miles east of Harescombe.
