    “A real disappointment!”

The property is very much in need of some care. Photos on web, are misleading on what this property is today - you can tell by the hedge they are very old. Cleaning was a little upsetting. Full internal bin, sock on kitchen worktop, mould in teapot (which we cleaned!) microwave was dirty with meat spatters inside. Children play area was with bark in photos but is with grass, needing a cut and lots of stinging nettles, which we tired to remove a few ourself. Sandpit was full of weeds. Photos ...

Photos show flowers pots, but these again were full of weeds. We were a family of 5, yet there was not enough cutlery for us to eat, I do not count a butter knife acceptable for an evening meal. Glasses were lacking. Not the experience the description of the price offered. Description needs updating to take into account current state of property. Photos are grossly misleading and I would recommend to avoid. We decided to go home early, as it was uncomfortable Plus point - a great view
