    But, the following are worthy of mentioning: I asked for the double that could be made a twin to be made so, and that wasn’t done, which was a shame as I have a week’s notice. I used the app to make an enquiry about the property but that didn’t seem to work so the time allowed for my voucher expired which was frustrating. There were times when the various middle men involved in the booking complicated things e.g. I booked a late checkout, which some documentation said wasn’t possible, ...

The property is within a 5-minute walk of both the Restaurant and Spa facilities.

The owners have taken great care over the internal furnishings and have ensured a high level of fixtures and fittings with oak flooring to the main living areas and carpets to bedrooms.Naturally and as you would expect, guests have full access to the Spa and Gym as well as the three pools.

Ideal for families and children, it is equally a great location for friends to enjoy a get away. The open water bodies are NOT supervised by LME staff 2.

British Standard buoyancy aids must be worn by all Homeowners, Guests and Renters wishing to use the lakes and users are encouraged to make themselves aware of the location of throw lines which are situated at appropriate locations at the edge of lakes 3.

Swimmers should ensure that they do not enter the water bodies without supervision from others of their household 4.

Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn 5.

No inflatables to be used on the lakes at any time

This property does not accept hen or stag parties. The estate is particularly peaceful and geared for familes. If you are a single sex party we can accept no more than 6 people in your booking.
