    The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with quality furniture, comfortable beds and the themes were tastefully done. The bathrooms are luxurious with a great mix of shower rooms and those with bathtubs. The living area is so well furnished with plenty of sofas and dining space and the kitchen is huge. Quality Neff appliances that were easy to use. There were three fridges and freezers so certainly not lacking in that respect. I was particularly impressed with the kitchen equipment. I cooked a full Christmas dinner and was a little apprehensive before going. I needn’t have worried. There was everything I needed there and plenty of it! I took spare cutlery but didn’t use it. Sometimes rental ‘cottages’ only just have enough of each item. Not here! The kitchen is brimming with utensils, crockery and cutlery. We didn’t have little ones with us, but it is certainly kitted out well for them too. The view from the lounge windows and the top deck are to die for. This will be fabulous in the summer with great outdoor space on every level. I highly recommend staying here for a large family. We had a great (Christmas) week and spent so much family time together playing games and completing a 1,000 piece jigsaw. We loved ‘Alexa’ too. Also, thanks for decorating so beautifully for Christmas. Some lovely touches there. I have already been asked if we can go back next year!

Reflections is the perfect large party gathering!

Located on Howells Mere and with stunning, far reaching views this is another high quality property in one of the most prestigious locations on the Cotswold Lakes.

Inside the owners have created an amazing, contemporary holiday home, which has clearly been developed with self catering holidays in mind.

On the first two floors are the good sized bedrooms most with terrace areas and views towards the water, leading to the top floor - an open plan living space with 360 degree views across the lakes and surrounding countryside.

Finally is the skydeck itself - the very top floor with exceptional and uninterrupted views for miles.

Additionally, the property, of course, is situated within a stroll of the multi million pound Artspa facility - with its indoor and outdoor heated pools, which really complete the package.

Also on the estate can be found a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, croquet lawn, children's play area and for nature lovers the water park offers an abundance of bird and animal life on the three nature reserves, which can be observed throughout the year. The beautiful Roman town of Cirencester, Gateway to the Cotswolds, is just 4 miles away with excellent shopping, restaurants, ancient buildings and museums.

This property does not accept hen or stag parties. The estate is particularly peaceful and geared for familes. If you are a single sex party we can accept no more than 6 people in your booking.
