The property

Puffin House is a striking and stylish lakeside home that sits, literally, overlooking the water!

A large, detached house that is located down a little path, within this exclusive eco holiday estate, we absolutely love this property and believe you will too.

Surrounded by lakes and 450 acres of private, nature-rich countryside, this attractive and uber-contemporary holiday home offers exceptional self catering accommodation that is ideal for families and groups.

Inside there is vast glass wall that lets the light flood in and gives great views the "reverse living" style means you really get to enjoy the outside all day long and then the stars in the evening.

The owners have provided modern fixtures, mixed with traditional touches like a wood burning stove and oak flooring to create a unique appeal - one we loved.

There are external terraces and balconies on the ground and first floor too.

Situated lakeside and within an unspoilt countryside, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to walks or bike rides there is an abundance of wildlife, nature or alternatively if you fancy being a little more adventurous how about sailing or fishing.

Not only all of this, but you can use the swanky pool and spa as often as you like and these are just 5 mins walk away!

This home is a joy, for families, for children, for friends and a chance to sample one of the Cotswolds most attractive locations. Swimmers will be asked politely to leave the water bodies if it is believed that the activities taking place are dangerous or no buoyancy aids are worn 5.

No inflatables to be used on the lakes at any time

Situated in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Cotswold Water Park is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, covering 40 square miles and made up of over 140 lakes surrounded by picturesque Cotswold villages, historic market towns and an area of lakes larger than the Norfolk Broads. The Cotswold Water Park is Britain's largest water park and offers a wide range of activities including boating, water skiing, fishing (some of the finest trout fishing in the country), cycling, walking, golf and horse riding. Also on the estate can be found a swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, croquet lawn, children's play area and for nature lovers the water park offers an abundance of bird and animal life on the three nature reserves, which can be observed throughout the year. The beautiful Roman town of Cirencester, Gateway to the Cotswolds, is just 4 miles away with excellent shopping, restaurants, ancient buildings and museums.
