    “We have stayed at lower mill estate many times and used manor cottages who I cannot fault, but puffin house is a little tired and needs a little TLC, the balcony was really dirty, the bench outside was really bad and unable to be sat on, the WiFi was down which the owner did know but only informed the estate on the Friday, my brother in law relies on this for his business while away and so lost work during our stay, the property wasn’t as clean as all the others we stayed in.”

    The food served in restaurant on sight on the Friday we arrived was awful even the kids said it wasn’t good. And the shop which is now so small has been moved to the restaurant and isn’t adequate for the whole estate, especially when there was absolutely nothing in the cupboards at puffin house, all the rented places we have stayed in has some essentials left by previous tenants like salt pepper, etc and cleaning stuff, this one had absolutely nothing when we arrived, had we know this we ...

Situated lakeside and within an unspoilt countryside, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to walks or bike rides there is an abundance of wildlife, nature or alternatively if you fancy being a little more adventurous how about sailing or fishing.

Not only all of this, but you can use the swanky pool and spa as often as you like and these are just 5 mins walk away!

This home is a joy, for families, for children, for friends and a chance to sample one of the Cotswolds most attractive locations.
