The property

Puffin House is a striking and stylish lakeside home that sits, literally, overlooking the water!

A large, detached house that is located down a little path, within this exclusive eco holiday estate, we absolutely love this property and believe you will too.

Surrounded by lakes and 500 acres of private, nature-rich countryside, this attractive and uber-contemporary holiday home offers exceptional self catering accommodation that is ideal for familes and groups.

Inside there is vast glass wall that lets the light flood in and gives great views the "reverse living" style means you really get to enjoy the Outside all day long and then the stars in the evening.

The owners have provided modern fixtures, mixed with traditional touches like a wood burning stove and oak flooring to create a unique appeal - one we loved.

There are external terraces and balconies on the ground and first floor too.

Situated, lakeside and within an unspoilt countryside, you are spoilt for choice when it comes to walks or bike rides there is an abundance of wildlife, nature or alternatively if you fancy being a little more adventurous how about sailing or fishing.

Not only all of this, but you can use the swanky pool and spa as often as you like and these are just 5 mins walk away!

This home is a joy, for families, for children, for friends and a chance to sample one of the Cotswolds' most attractive locations.
