“The house and location was lovely - plenty of room and we will definitely return in the future.”

The only thing we were not happy about was the pool at the spa. The receptionists were not very friendly or accommodating and to have no changing rooms is not acceptable. If you are opening up your pool your changing rooms should be open too. We were forced to change by the side of the pool OUTSIDE in the rain, with children too! Not acceptable.

Also when we arrived, it took us a while to find the house as the signs and directions were not clear. Other than that, our stay was lovely.

We are glad the house and location were lovely. We are sorry to hear about your experience regarding the pool at the spa, unfortunately due to covid the changing rooms remain closed and communication should have been given to say that and with the procedures. We will look into the directions for the property. Property Owner
