“Light bulbs: some were not working in kitchen & bathroom.”
Heating: on occasions we felt a little cold but were not allowed/unable to adjust available heating.
Road noise: single glazed windows meant this problem was exacerbated.
Cutlery: not enough teaspoons.
Hot water pressure in kitchen was poor.
Communal stairwell: occasional unpleasant odours were evident. Can't say what the cause of the odours were.
Notwithstanding above negativity (sorry!), we enjoyed our stay here and the comfort that this spacious accomodation offered.

I am glad that you enjoyed your stay and would like to thank you for your score of 14 out of 16 for the overall standard of accommodation. We appreciate your comments and understand that they are intended as purely constructive, however for the sake of future guests, I feel they need to be addressed so in response to these :
There was a lightbulb in the kitchen that was not working and this has since been replaced, thankyou for bringing this to our attention. Heating : apologies that you felt cold, it is that inbetween time of year in late September and the weather had been warm so we went with the decision not to turn the heating on. There was an electric heater provided in the apartment and I would have popped straight round to turn the heating on for you if I had been made aware. Road noise : this is a prime location in the centre of Malmesbury. Cutlery : there were 4 teaspoons in the drawer but I have taken this comment on board and added extra. Hot water pressure in kitchen : I really can’t say there is any issue here. Odours in communal stairwell : there is a dry cleaners at the bottom of the building and there might be an occasional smell of cleaning solution in the downstairs hall ( I personally don’t find this unpleasant). I think this might be what you are referring to. You cannot smell this in the rest of the building and certainly not in the apartment itself.
Hopefully this didn’t affect your enjoyment of our apartment and as per the comments you had made in the guest book, you thought the accommodation was great and you would definitely return. We therefore hope to be able to welcome you back soon. Property Owner
