“We absolutely LOVED our stay.”

The cottage was beautiful, kitchen very well equipped, comfortable lounge area and was great to have 3 toilets. The oven was the best oven we’ve ever used. Only slight negative would be that there was no microwave but it was no problem as we just cooked our porridge on the hob. We loved the open plan layout as we stayed with my mother and father in law and liked cooking dinner while still being able to chat to anyone sitting in the lounge. The upstairs had a good layout. My children enjoyed using games out of the toy cupboard. The first floor toilet was tricky to flush so we ended up only using the ground floor and second floor toilet. The storage space for clothes and suitcases was very good. Comfy bed. Only thing if I had to say something to improve would be new pillows in some of the rooms? The bedroom on the top floor was beautiful! My mother in law said she had the best sleep! The hand wash available throughout the cottage was amazing (I love a nice smelling hand wash at home so was lovely to have some when staying away too). The village location was so beautiful. We had a coffee in the Wild Rabbit pub on our last day and we wished we’d visited earlier so we could have eaten dinner there- was the most beautiful little pub! Overall we had a wonderful stay, would rate our stay 4.9 out of 5 and would definitely return, the only tiny things we would suggest to make our stay 5 out of 5 would be to replace some of the pillows upstairs and improve the flush on the first floor toilet.

10 Manor Farm Close is a superb barn conversion dating back to the 18th-century that can be found in the desirable village of Kingham, Oxfordshire.

10 Manor Farm Close is an excellent option for a large family or group of eight, as it is close to all the conveniences you may need.

In addition to a rear enclosed garden this house features off-road parking and garden with furniture and a BBQ, perfect for some alfresco dining.

There's a fully-equipped kitchen inside, so you can whip up some tasty treats for the family and sit down to eat them at the eight-seat dining table while you tell tales of your day's activities.

After a hearty meal, unwind on the sumptuous sofas and armchairs in the spacious living area in front of the large TV.

A cloakroom/utility room is also available on the ground floor for your convenience.

Take the stairs up to the first floor, where you'll find a chic bathroom where you can relax in the bath or freshen up under the overhead shower, as well as three beautifully presented bedrooms, including a king-size with a view of the garden, a double and and bunk bedroom.

Kingham has been voted England's favourite village and is beautifully situated in the heart of the Cotswolds between Chipping Norton, Stow-on-the-Wold and Burford. It has an abundance of historical buildings and is referenced in the Doomsday Book. Most of the village is constructed from traditional Cotswold Stone. The village hosts two awarding pubs - The Kingham Plough on the Green and The Wild Rabbit voted Michelin Pub of the Year in 2016. Daylesford Organic farm shop, cookery school and spa is 5 minutes away. There are numerous other gastro pubs and restaurants which are easily accessible from Kingham by foot, bike or car.
