This is delightful property in which everything has been done to the highest standards.

We enjoyed our stay there very much.

Garden Cottage is a well presented, spacious, quiet & comfortable accommodation.

Garden Cottage is in excellent condition, spotlessly clean and had all amenities needed for a week away.

Although situated near A38 there was very little noise in the Cottage. The location is excellent for visiting Upton upon Severn (either by car or a lovely amble along the Severn), Malvern, Ledbury, Pershore all reached by quiet country lanes. There are several good pubs nearby serving good food, would recommend The Jockey Inn at Baughton.

Lovely comfortable, clean, well - equipped property.

Pleasant, helpful hosts. Ideally situated for exploring a beautiful area. The Blue Bell pub Gurkha restaurant,which is a short walk away, serves delicious meals. Thoroughly recommended.

Had a lovely time on our second visit to Garden Cottage.

Penny is an excellent host and clearly takes pride in the cleanliness and comfort of the cottage. The accommodation is warm and cosy, even on the coldest days. We love staying here at this time of year. It's the perfect place to relax and step away from the world. We would recommend The Pickled Plum in Pershore or The Rose & Crown in Severn Stoke for food.

This cottage is the perfect place for a couple.

The accommodation was spotless and so comfortable, everything you need for your stay. It is situated behind an electronic gate, so no worries about parking. The owners are very friendly, welcomed us and gave us some local information. The Blue Bell pub, around the corner, is a lovely restaurant, good food, and great service. The Yorkshire Grey, a short drive away, good food and reasonable priced, booking advised, as they get busy.

Even though the road was close by it was still very peaceful. The cottage was very comfortable, lovely & clean & very well equipped. The interior was very much to our own taste & has given us a few ideas!

A well thought out comfortable cottage which is nicely decorated with easy access to many areas of interest.

We enjoyed sitting in the garden as we were lucky enough to have a few days of sunshine. Thank you for the milk, tea and tasty brownies!

Pretty much all very good.

We loved the bungalow & it had a modern & spacious feel. Bed was comfy & so nice to be provided with large bath towels! Kitchen was well equipped & appliances were easy to use & not having a dishwasher was no big deal. Only 2 small gripes...1) if we'd have known there was a dvd player we'd have brought a good supply of dvds 2) & as the smart TV's performance - especially on its catch up & streaming options - was affected by wi-fi &/or arial quality issues, having knowledge of a dvd player would've helped greatly. However, that aside, we rate the property highly & recommend it to other would-be stayers.

The property is in a great location for exploring Worcestershire and the Cotswolds.

We found it very comfortable, with everything we could possibly need provided.

Had a lovely week at Garden Cottage, the property has plenty of room for two and is clean and well maintained and very well equipped even down to the electric toothbrush charger in the bathroom, its the first time we've come across that.

We found it took a while to heat up the cottage probably due to the stone flooring but there were cosy blankets provided in the living room and i bet in the summer when the weather is warmer it will stay lovely and cool. The only slight negative for us was the mattress on the bed was a bit too soft but we're used to a firm one so that is just down to personal preference and wouldn't put us off booking again.The cottage very well placed for days out in the area with the Malvern hill and the Cotswolds within easy reach. Recommend The Blue Bell pub if you like a curry the food was delicious with friendly and welcoming staff.

We had a wonderful time at Garden Cottage,the owners Penny and Mike were very friendly and greeted us with a packet of biscuits and some milk.

Everything was fine and of good quality apart from the kitchen waste bin - the lid was broken. The kitchen utensils were of high quality but we did miss having an electric whisk for our soups. The location of the Cottage was ideal for exploring the area and there is an excellent pub about 4mins walk away. We were so impressed with our stay at Garden Cottage we have already made a 4 week booking for next year.

Had a fabulous short break over the New Year, Garden cottage was exactly as described, lovely, comfortable and clean.

Great location for some local walks and easy access to the local town of Upton upon Severn and only a short drive into Worcester. Our hosts made us very welcome and even provided a bottle of fizz and mince pies to celebrate the New year.

Fabulous accommodation a real credit to its owners.

Immaculately clean and so comfortable, a true home from home. Lots of places to visit and the Bluebell Gurka pub (which is literally a 3 minute walk away) is welcoming, friendly and food was gorgeous. Thank you so much, we will be back.

My wife and I were very impressed with how clean the property was.

Everything was very modern and well designed. The owners had thought of everything to make it as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The kitchen was very modern and well equipped. The carton of milk in the fridge and a packet of quality biscuits on the side was a nice touch. The property is very secure and gated and is within easy travel distance of Worcester and surrounding towns. The owners have supplied a folder of information, including details and menus of local restaurants and pubs. A very enjoyable stay indeed

The cottage is nicely presented, and was very clean.

The owners were polite and would wave when our paths crossed. The bed was very comfortable. It is located in a quiet area. It was the perfect place for a getaway for wedding anniversary, and would stay here again in the future.

It's position is ideal for touring the lovely towns in this area. Excellent pub serving Gurka dishes almost on the doorstep. If only the owners could have controlled the weather but you can't have everything.

We had a lovely, relaxing weekend at Garden Cottage.

We were surprised at how big the lounge was. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the evening, watching a film here! The layout of the property is spot on and the facilities were high quality. We were very happy with every aspect. Visited Upton-upon-Severn and Tewkesbury. Can't wait to visit again, hopefully, for longer!

Comfortable and welcoming property.

Good base for visiting the beautiful area. Milk and biscuits appreciated. The property is situated just outside Upton, approximately 2/3 miles, too far for us to walk. However, it is only 5 minutes in the car and there is free parking at the end of the town.

A fabulous little place.

Extremely well appointed with comfy king size bed, great shower and kitchen. 2 comfy sofas in the lounge and good WiFi and smart tv. The blue bell pub round the corner ideal with good beers and Nepalese food. What’s not to like we’d highly recommend this lovely 1 bed cottage. Met penny & mike and the 2 lovely doggie brothers.

We had a lovely week at Garden Cottage, situated in a good position to travel around the whole area in Worcestershire.

The cottage suited us just fine, well furnished and clean and very comfortable, just right for a week away to unwind and enjoy this beautiful part of the country. The owners left us alone to enjoy our holiday, the cake and milk etc on our arrival was welcomed, a home from home touch. Quite one of the best places we have stayed in through Sykes Holiday Homes, in all the years that we have been taking holidays in our country.

This was our second stay at Garden Cottage and we can say that the high standard of everything about the property has not changed in the interval between.

We loved this wee cottage, it is the best equipt of any cottages we have rented.

Well situated and despite a nearby road, very quiet and tranquil. I would unhesitatingly recommend this little gem.

My husband and I had a lovely stay in the cottage.

The facilities are excellent and it makes such a difference to stay in a place where the owner has clearly taken care to create a home from home and not just provides the basics. We will definitely look to stay there again next time we visit the area!

This cottage was a cosy retreat for us from London.

It was lovely and clean and very comfortable. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved this property.

Its very well presented and in a great location, the welcome pack with cake is a nice touch. There is a fancy coffee machine but I couldn't get on with it and missed my Nespresso lol. The property is within the owners grounds but it's not an issue as they will leave you to enjoy your holiday. They are very approachable though and we have booked to go back

The cottage was cosy, clean and well equipped. Even though it was near the A38 it was quiet inside.

Thank you Penny for the lovely cake which you left for us. Although located near the A38, we were not disturbed by traffic noise as we did not want to sit outside. I was puzzled by the lack of a coffee table in the photo taken of the lounge. There is one, but I won't spoil the surprise. The cottage is in a very good location close to many local attractions and there is a pub only a few minutes walk away, serving Nepalese food. We met the two dogs only once in the back garden and they greeted us enthusiastically. Would certainly stay here again.

Very nice property.

All amenities as stated. Comfy bed and great bathroom. We visited over the Christmas period and did not go out much as the weather was not that good, considering a return come Summer. Upton on Seven is very quaint, like going back in time. Tewksbury has lot to offer shopping wise. For emergency milk, odds and sorts, a local Spar is less than 5mins away in Upton. Owners were very pleasant and stay out of the way, with two lovely friendly dogs, who do not make a noise at all, and who would, no doubt, give you a nasty lick, lol. Could do with a Television in the Bedroom but this is my preference, not everyone would share it. My wife is disabled and would have liked that. Ideal for a couple with a disabled spouse as this is the reason we chose this property. All rooms are at one level and compact. If we book again I will bring my portable. Property is very near to a main road, I must say we never heard any road noise at all. Highly recommended.

The owners were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were very good. Modern, bed comfortable, good shower, Wifi, Smart TV, comfortable furniture and reasonable central for visiting all the tourist places. I would come again if I am in the area. Excellent, well-equipped property with more than adequate seating for two, spacious rooms and equally spacious shower room.

This is the first Sykes cottage we have booked and the first of four holiday rentals this year where the windows were sparkling on arrival and even cleaned whilst we were there! It was a really comfortable, safe and secure property with its own parking behind a secure fence in a rural setting. Easily one of the best properties we have rented, and we have been doing this for many, many decades! A big thank you to the owners!

The accommodation is a beautiful garden cottage perfect for a couple. Everything that you would need for a self catering holiday and more. Lot’s of little extras which were a lovely gesture.

Very impressed by this 'as new build' property where brand new furnishings make it the perfect home from home.

Just a little surprised that in a property for 2 adults a washing machine was installed rather than a dish washer which we certainly find more useful. Lovely decor and whilst very close to A38 is sufficently insulated for noise not to be heard. Very central for our trips out to Pershore (highly recommend Kens butchers shop), Ledbury, Teewkesbury and Evesham as well as local NT properties. Owners on site were very friendly and helpful leaving cake, wine and milk for our arrival. certainly high on our list for a return visit.

Lovely place to stay & very easy to get to various places.

The cottage has everything you need & more. The Bluebell Inn, just five minutes down the road by foot, is a great place to go & eat. Dilishious Nepalese. The hosts leave you alone but you know you can contact them anytime.

Garden cottage was a great place to stay.

Felt very much like home from home. Penny and Mike have put a lot of thought into the cottage and it’s furnishings. Everything you need is there. Location wise good spot, five mins walk from local pub which serves great Nepalese food. Another pub/restaurant approx 15 min walk away. Upton upon Severn a 20 min walk. Good base for country walks and cycling. Great location for a number of day trips too.

The cottage was light, spacious, airy and very comfortable.

The decor was relaxing and tasteful. The location was good for visiting the many NT houses in the area, also 'Elgar Country' and the Malvern Hills. There were comfortable chairs for use in the garden. The noise from a nearby road was apparent but did not affect our enjoyment. This was one of the best cottages we have rented.

The cottage is first class very comfortable and furnished to a high standard it is a credit to Mike and Penny the owners who are lovely people and always on hand if needed for any advice on eating out local walks or just general information on the area.

On arrival there were chocolate brownies fresh milk a selection of teas & coffees and a bottle of wine to welcome us a very nice touch. we would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to stay in this area. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

The cottage had everything you would need and the hosts were lovely! A nice welcome pack welcomed us when we arrived which included a pack of chocolate brownies that went well with the bean to cup coffee maker. We would definitely recommend a stay here.
