Located in the village of Cranham, approximately 3 miles from Painswick, Lakeside Cottage is in one of the most spectacular locations in the Cotswolds.
It is simply stunning, breathtaking and just perfect!
Perched on the hillside and overlooking rolling countryside with lakes below it is one of those 'never to be forgotten' views.
Built with local Cotswold stone, the cottage has been carefully renovated by the current owners, who have created and maintained the most spotless holiday home imaginable.
The cottage, which is all one level and ideal for those with some limited mobility, is large and spacious throughout, very private and thoroughly 5 star in our opinion.
The views are spectacular whatever the weather, with a wooded valley and two lakes your vista is totally unspoilt and typically 'Cotswolds'.
We think you are unlikely to ever forget it.
Internally the cottage is immaculate, there are two large bedrooms with luxury beds and each ensuite, the log burner adds to the cosy appeal and of course it has all mod cons.
The Cottage also offers Superfast broadband and Smart TV and an adequate phone signal.
Peace, tranquility and a convenient location make this an amazing holiday cottage choice that we're convinced will have you returning!
Walks around the surrounding village are beautiful and if you are keen, a trip to Laurie Lee's favourite pub The Woolpack is well worth the time.
