We loved the high standard of the decor, and were also struck how cosy it was. The garden was also lovely. We also really like the technology throughout - though it took a little figuring out. Just to offer some constructive criticism, as we could see it was a new let. There were no mirrors in bedrooms to do hair -I know this may affect beautiful decor - perhaps one inside the wardrobe? I would also say that the living room would be quite a squeeze if there were the full compliment of 8 people.... the dining room could perhaps do with comfy seating. As we were coming from UK, we found it annoying we couldn’t access terestial TV - we had trouble linking our BBC liscence for some reason. This probably wouldn’t be such an issue for overseas guests. We never worked out how to switch on outdoor lights - but I didn’t contact Tim. The steam from the bathroom triggered the fire alarm - which as a bit scary. The towels were brand new, and very slippy - that I’m sure will correct itself over the course of the letting of the property. I would recommend also that if you have not let a holiday at this late stage of the season - then the low season price should be offered! Rather than it be empty. Once again - please thank the owners for a lovely stay, we all, including the dog had a lovely time.
