“Comfortable property in an excellent location in the village.”

In need of some redecoration. The taps are reversed in the front twin room's en-suite (hot on the right) which caused some confusion.

“Tastefully decorated and well equipped old cottage in a beautiful setting, within easy walking of the facilities of the village centre.”

The only downside is there is only parking for one car. It is quite a walk to the suggested free parking.

“We absolutely loved being in Broadway and the house was perfect.”

The location could not have been better. It was a very attractive property , the sitting rooms were lovely and having three en suite bedrooms was great. Being able to park outside was a bonus in such a busy place. The top end of the High Street was very quiet but all the facilities of the village were within a 5 - 10 minute walk.

“We stayed from the 23 - 27 December and we couldn't have found a better place to spend Christmas.”

It was so nice to find that the owners had put Christmas decorations in the bay windows, a tree with lights up and stockings over the fireplace. There were 3 good size bedrooms each with en-suites. The top bedroom also had a free standing bath - bliss! The beds were all comfortable and the showers had plenty of hot water. The cottage was very well equipped, we cooked Christmas dinner for 6 people, 3 veggies and 3 meat eaters. We bought a foil dish but apart from that we managed with everything that was there. There was a lovely big dining room table where all the mountains of food was able to be laid out with ease. I had a couple of questions beforehand so emailed Greg the owner, who was very helpful with his responses and didn't make me feel like l was being a nuisance. If anyone wanted the perfect place to stay, this was it. We will definitely be returning. Thank you

“A great base for exploring.”

Broadway is our favourite place in The Cotswolds after 14 years visiting lots of different areas. Being able to walk to shops, restaurants was perfect.

We would definitely stay here again. Only negative was the kitchen. Very small fridge and facilities for the size of the cottage but overall it was superb. Still managed to knock out a full Sunday roast for 5 x

The property

Set close to the heart of Broadway on the upper end of the High Street, Bay House Cottage is an absolute beauty of a Cotswold Holiday cottage.

Once upon a time, not too long ago, this used to be Broadway's very own exclusive wine and cheese store which kept the well-to-do fed and watered in fine wine and hence why the unique and unmissable bay windows look so attractive.

Today, the owners have restored the entire building, beautifully, to provide spacious accommodation for six people with three ensuite bathrooms - absolutely ideal for families or groups of friends.

The natural colours and hues throughout are a-typical of the area, while the huge sofas and vast dining table give the ground floor a pleasing country feel.

As the house is on the upper side of the High Street, it has the benefit of being very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the lower side and yet you're just 200 yards from the nearest pub or cafe!

It's hard not to impressed with this sophisticated holiday home. Please note you can book Bay House (988610) and Broadway Cottage (988775) together which will sleep 10 in total.

Please ask Reservations for more details. Parking is on the frontage and off road. And all properties have SMART TV's for catch up TV and all have Netflix.
