“Good comfortable spacious accommodation.”
“The house is not kept up.”
This was the forth time for renting this cottage. The dishwasher and washing machine were dirty. I cleaned both before using. We purchased man things and left them there. The caretaker only came once in 20 days. 1 towel for 10 days is not enough. So we have to get our own linens. Ended up spending an extra 50 pds. just to make things livable. New drying rack, basket, garbage can can, towel brush....etc.
“The cottage was all we needed.”
Well stocked with all pots and pans etc.Clean and very well presented. Felt like home. Beautiful plates. In a fab location.Easy to walk into Bath but also a great base for other locations. Very happy with all.
Good floorplan with a wonderful kitchen. All dishes, utensils, pot, pans you could need. Furniture was comfortable, cable TV good, nice bathroom. Good beds. We were there a month and didn't want to leave.
“Excellent place to stay, roomy and convenient”
“The place was exactly as the photos showed.”
No surprises, or only good ones. Every room that should be rustic and traditional was just that, and ones that shouldn't, like kitchen and bath, were updated. Perfect little place. We loved it.\ \
“Excellent property, very comfortable and spacious.”
Underfloor heating is a dream and very well equipped.
“A well equipped, light, comfortable cottage within walking distance of the centre of Bath.”
“The cottage is exactly as on the photos.”
It is very well equipped. It is a real home away from home. Checkin is supposed to be at 4pm but when we arrived just after lunch it was no problem for us to move in right away. We would love to come back one day and will definitely recommend it.\ Fanny B, September 2016
“We like to stop at Dyrham NT on the way down from the Motorway to Bath.”
The Holbourne Museum and cafe in the new extension are a favourite and you can walk along the canal path from the house to the Museum and Sydney Gardens.
“Underfloor heating a joy, really lovely open space to cook and socialise, beautiful furniture.”
“Perfect location just out of town.”
“Excellent location, well-equipped cottage in good condition with high quality interiors.”
“The cottage had everything we needed and was decorated and equipped to a very high standard.”
Bath is a lovely city which we enjoyed visiting.
“We enjoyed our stay in the cottage because it was equipped well.”
It is very well situated, quiet but close to the city centre. And it has plenty of space for 4 people.
“The Coach House is well and thoughtfully furnished and equipped and was absolutely clean when we arrived.”
Everything worked too.
“Very good but 5 would be perfect in every way!”
“We are very pleased with our stay.”
The House is very spacious, very beautiful, comfortable and cozy. The beds are excellent. It is very well equipped, modern, and at the same time, decorated with rustic character, perfect for vacation. Communication with the hosts were great. The House is in a very quiet place. It is easy to reach the city centre, with public transport or on foot, and there are nearby markets and trade.\ Wagner (via airbnb) Oct 2016
The Coach House is a spacious, 'loft-like' property situated close to the heart of Bath city centre.
The open plan ground floor is spacious with the kitchen overlooking the living space.
Upstairs the bedrooms are spacious too, practical, well equipped and furnished for a short or long stay.
The owners have made the most of the building and presented it in an 'industrial cool meets Bath charm' style that appealed to us when we inspected the property.
This is an unusual property, and we think you'll love it when you stay.
The property is located about 15 mins level walk to the centre of Bath ( also v.
close to where Bath Rugby Club train!) and on the very edge of a small housing development.
Two bedrooms: 2 x first floor double bedrooms. Kitchen. Open plan living area. Dining area.
