But with the help from the local community and Charitable Trust, enough funding was raised to save the pool.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9806\" src=\"https:\/\/www.manorcottages.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/4\/2023\/02\/Swimmers-in-Cheltenham-Lido-.jpg\" alt=\"Olympic swimmers in Cheltenham Lido\" width=\"640\" height=\"427\" \/><\/p>\n<p>In 2006, the lido received an impressive grant, which included a refurbishment and a maintenance plan.
