Head inside and enjoy what must surely be some of the finest baguettes in the area, crammed full of your choice of filling. They even do a breakfast baguette menu, offering the perfect way to start your day. Bacon, brie and cranberry sauce, anyone?
Food Made by Bob in Cirencester may not sound like the place you’d head for when leaving your Cotswold holiday cottage behind in search of dinner. Hang on though because this is a great place to get local and seasonal fare, complete with freshly-made bread baked that morning. Watch out for the specials for something truly special!

If you’re looking for a restaurant that is Michelin-starred, head over to Le Champignon Sauvage in Cheltenham. This gastro delight has various menus and courses, offering such delights as seared scallops, roasted native lobster and wood pigeon. Burford is a popular haunt for many visiting the Cotswolds. It’s a good place to rent a Cotswolds holiday cottage too.
