    Reservations of all accommodation are accepted by Manor Cottages under our Terms and Conditions. Any letters or payments should be made out to 'Manor Cottages' and sent to the following address:

    We strongly advise you read carefully the instructions shown below to ensure a straightforward booking: 

    Using our Website -  

    Log onto www.manorcottages.co.uk where you will be able to check the availability and price of the property that you are interested in. Alternatively, if you simply want to know which properties are available then check our online availability chart or click on Property Search and follow the online instructions. 

    When you have chosen an available property you can then click on the "Reserve Now" button on the Property Page. This will present a form, which you are asked to complete. This is a reservation request and the reservation will only become a booking when we confirm it with you.

    The form is sent electronically to us and we will contact you to confirm the booking.
    To pay, you can send a cheque or pay by credit*/debit card the amount due when we contact you. (Please note: To secure your booking you will be asked to pay either a deposit of approximately 1/3 of the total cost of your booking or the full amount if the booking commences within the next six weeks. Additionally, we must receive your payment within five days of making your booking.)

    You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment for the due date. (There is a 2% Bank charge for payments made by credit card* – see also 'Booking Conditions')

    On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and key collection information. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries or discrepancies.

     
    By Telephone -

    Telephone our office on 01993 824 252 giving your requirements. We will advise you of availability, help you make your choice if needed and make a booking for you. This will be held for FOUR days pending receipt of your booking form and deposit.  

    Alternatively, when you telephone, you may find it easier to pay by credit/debit card.  We can then process your booking the same day and send your receipt and paperwork to you. (Credit card* payments are subject to a 2% charge).

    You will receive an invoice detailing the balance to be paid and showing the due date. Please return the cut off slip with your payment on or before the due date.

    On receipt of your final payment we will forward directions to your property and availability of keys. On receipt, please read carefully and contact us with any queries. (* Please note we are unable to accept payments by American Express or Diners Card)

    Short Breaks

    All our Cotswolds Cottages offer short breaks, however please note that there are restrictions at certain times of the year, particularly in School Holidays. Please contact us for full details as price and availability will vary from the website.
