Star Barn offers a very high standard of self catering accommodation, perfect as a country bolt hole in one of the Cotswolds' most desirable locations. Internally the barn is presented in an open plan style with some super touches throughout. AND the owners can offer breakfast delivered to your door (how perfect!) This is an ideal getaway for those looking to tour the region from a central location.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance from private garden area into open plan living space.
Kitchen, well equipped, with two ring electric hob, washing machine/dryer, microwave combi/grill, fridge with freezer compartment.
Dining Table with benches with aspect overlooking garden area.
Steps down to bedroom/living area
There are two beds, a standard double bed along with additional bed*. The layout makes it comfortable to sit and relax to watch television or read. There is a large, wall mounted flatscreen TV with DVD player (and Freeview) along with ipod dock.
Bathroom with stunning shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside
To the side of the barn is small garden/seating area with table and some chairs. Surrounding the barn is a delightful cottage garden which, in season, is classic picture of colour and 'olde English' appeal.
Useful information
Star Barn sits in the garden of the owners' home. Access to the Barn is through a small section of the main house, which takes you to the rear garden. All guests will be given private keys which will provide full and complete access for the duration of your stay.

Local Information
Fulbrook is a traditional village located less than a mile from Burford - in fact there is a path into Burford! the village is surrounded by open Cotswold countryside and there is a good pub within the village - the Carpenter Arms (www.thecarpentersarmsfulbrook.co.uk)
Fulbrook is well located within the Cotswolds and an ideal spot for doing plenty of touring with many 'hotspots' such as Blenheim Palace, Sudley Castle, and several National Trust Houses and Gardens all nearby.
Naturally there are a plethora of classic Cotswolds villages close at hand but please do go to Swinbrook (30min walk) where there is a superb pub - The Swan. Otherwise try Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Cirencester and Stow on the Wold which are all with 20 minutes from the property.
