Inside, you'll find a beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, fitted out for family comfort and fun (it even has its own Pool Table). Upstairs there are five-bedrooms and upstairs outdoor decking area with superb outlooks over Mill Bridge and beyond. Furthermore, the property is situated mere yards from the £6m Artspa facility with indoor and outdoor heated pools. A delightful and unusual example of everything that Lower Mill has to offer as the ultimate Luxury Holiday destination. We absolutely adore this house and we believe you will too!
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through to hallway leading to open plan living space.
Kitchen, an exercise in elegant simplicity, this fully-fitted, hand-crafted kitchen has a sleek modernism which is stunning. The kitchen includes an integrated cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The smooth granite worktops also extend to an attractive breakfast bar.
Living/Dining Area with large table and chairs for ten people. This area opens on to the comfortable living area, with two easy sofas. Further on there is the all-important Pool Table! Around a small corner, and is a contemporary woodburner set in a hearth of natural stone, plus corner sofa and large flatscreen TV. Hardwood floors and the use of oak beams give this space real warmth, and floor to ceiling windows open on to a lovely sheltered area of decking with a large dining table for al fresco evening meals.

The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.
As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!

The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Not to be confused with water slides or fun park, the Water Park is in fact a nature lover's paradise, including two Sites of Special Scientific Interest, with thousands of wildlife species all living in harmony with this very attractive part of Gloucestershire.
As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. Many people comment that Lower Mill often feels like a time warp back to days when children can run about freely and safely (with the resepct of water of course).
