Property Information

Primrose Bank is a perfect setting for a family or friends get together, located overlooking the Clearwater Lake. Situated less than a minutes walk from the stunning ArtSpa, this lovely property offers a high standard of accommodation ideal for relaxing in peaceful surroundings. With contemporary furnishings, this property is a fantastic addition to the superb properties that surround Clearwater.  An outside deck area leading onto the lake is perfect for entertaining and dining in the summer evenings, with a BBQ also provided with the property.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to hallway, leading to large open plan living space
Kitchen, well equipped with breakfast bar plus a double oven/grill with five ring gas hob, washer-dryer, large built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill. 
Living/Dining Area with large dining table and seating for up to 8 people
Living Area has large contemporary style sofa and armchair plus 37" flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview and elegant log burner. There is also access to the decked area outside with views towards the lake. (Ideal property for entertaining guests, inside and out.)

Master Bedroom, with  king bed with access to balcony plus Ensuite Bathroom, with shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside
This property benefits from being very child-friendly with a glass paneled area lakeside (which can be opened to enjoy the lakeside grass area).  Unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!

Local Information

Primrose Cottage is an excellent holiday cottage situated inthe heart of the Cotswolds that has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Once part of an old school, the cottage offers spacious accommodation in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds. The cottage offers comfort and attention to detail which are sure to make your stay an enjoyable one. Outside, there are lovely views across the countryside and village. A truly wonderful part of the Cotswolds! Lyneham is well located for visiting many of the Cotswold attractions and villages including Burford, Stow on the Wold and Blenheim Palace at Woodstock. It also has the benefit of a very good golf club, which is descibed as a 'well groomed course that chllenges even the best golfers...a truly great golfing experience'. It has a lovely clubhouse, (which is a Freehouse and therefore is open to non-players for food and drinks) and has glorious views over the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. Additonally, the popular towns of Stratford upon Avon and Oxford are also within easy driving distance. (Shipton-Under-Wychwood train station is a short drive away with trains to Oxford, London, Hereford and Worcester.)
