Mulberry Hall Woodstock is a unique Grade II listed house situated in a prime yet quiet location very close to the centre of this market town, renowned for its literary and Blenheim Palace connections. Dating back to c1770, Mulberry Hall has been tastefully decorated by its artist owner, who has created a stylish holiday home of the highest standard. We particularly enjoyed the welcoming ambience. Large Georgian windows, wooden floors, antiques and original art can be found through the property, which collectively add to the 'country house' feel. These are mixed with sympathetic contemporary touches and lovely bathrooms all of which add to a real sense of luxury. Externally the house enjoys a lovely and peaceful aspect overlooking a private south west facing walled garden with views to Blenheim Park beyond. The house is close to the centre of Woodstock, with the towns' shops, restaurants and facilities (including a museum) as well as Blenheim Palace within a short walk. An ideal location for those wishing to visit Oxford too!

Bedroom Two with double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Bathroom Two Ensuite Shower Room with shower, WC and washbasin. 
Bathroom Three, Family Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin for use by bedroom three and four is situated on the first floor

Additional Apartment#
Downstairs from Mulberry Hall, there is a self contained apartment available for guests of Mulberry Hall. The apartment offers a bedroom with double bed, well equipped kitchen and large bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside
The house enjoys off street parking to the side and a good size, south west facing walled garden (enclosed). There is a terraced area off the dining room to enjoy the garden from and as the property is set down a quiet little lane, the garden is very peaceful. You can even see the Blenheim Palace walls and grounds!

Blenheim Palace the birthplace of Winston Churchill is within walking distance and the parklands and lakes created by Capability Brown provide stunning views. There are many events such as the annual Blenheim Horse Trials featured at the palace throughout the year (please note Blenheim Trials week is charged at Xmas rates). There is a housekeeper in the village to assist or offer in house catering or arrange musical entertainment/ a pianist.  Mulberry Hall is also connected to Galerie du Cygne in Woodstock - www.ryeartsclub.com and guests are offered 5% discount vouchers on the art work.
