Property Information

Lupin Cottage is a truly traditional Cotswold cottage located in one of the most desirable Cotsowlds villages imaginable. Internally the cottage is presented in a traditional style with many period features visible including an open fire and some exposed Cotswold stone walls. Externally, the cottage has a lovely garden and is situated along a peaceful 'no through road' with lovely Cotswold views in all directions. The River Coln 'bubbles' through the village with the famous Alms Houses and The Arlington Museum all in close proximity. The village has is a shop and Post Office, pub, hotel and tea room all of which are within easy walking distance of the cottage.  

ACCOMMODATION:
Access is via the back door.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.
Kitchen newly fitted out with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave. 
Dining Room with dining table and chairs and comfortable sofa for a 'pre dinner' drink.
Sitting Room with working open fire, comfortable sofas. Door to staircase.

Upstairs:
Three Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom with King size bed.
Bedroom Two with standard double bed.
Bedroom Three with two single beds.
Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and washbasin. 

Heating & electricity included all year. Parking almost guaranteed - 'on street' but outside the cottage (no through road, therefore no passing traffic)!

No Smokers. Pets by arrangement (refundable deposit payable to owner on arrival). Friday changeover.

£50 damages deposit required by owner

Cirencester, the 'Roman Capital' of the Cotswolds is nearby with the Corinium Museum, wonderful Church and many interesting shops and craft markets. Several excellent pubs and restaurants such as The Village Pub at Barnsley, The Fossebridge Inn at Fossebridge and The New Inn at Coln St Aldwyns are within a few miles drive and Cheltenham, Oxford, Tetbury and Bath are all within easy driving distance

Local Information

Bibury is a truly delightful village, a Cotswolds classic, located approximately 15 mins south west of Burford and 15 mins north of Cirencester. It is particularly known for its 'Arlington Row' which is a National Trust owned row of period properties and its general traditional appeal. There are two pubs in the village, The Catherine Wheel and the The Swan both of which are a good standard serving food. There are countless walks around and from Bibury while many Cotswolds attractions are within a 30 mins drive.

Cirencester, the 'Roman Capital' of the Cotswolds has many interesting shops and craft markets plus all the main supermarkets etc for your provisions. There are several excellent pubs and restaurants, such as The Village Pub at Barnsley, The Fossebridge Inn at Fossebridge and The New Inn at Coln St Aldwyns, all within a few miles drive. Cheltenham, Oxford, Tetbury and Bath are all within easy driving distance of 45mins to 1 hour.
