The Loft at Kingham is a stunning holiday property located in one of the Cotswolds most attractive and desirable country villages. The owners have undergone a major regeneration project and the end result is an amazing holiday home that has absolutely everything you could possibly wish for, including an indoor pool and Turkish Bath! The property, which is access via 14 external steps, is presented to a very high standard with large open planning living the main focal point. The property is located near to the centre of the village which has two good quality pubs and a convenience shop. This a very high standard of self catering accommodation and perfect for those looking to enjoy luxury in a beautiful part of the Cotswolds.

Bedroom Two a large bedroom, with two single beds (which can be zipped together) lare chest of drawers and additional hanging plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, washbasin and WC

Outside
There are gardens surrounding the property, which belong to the owners, and which guests can use. There is, of course, a stunning indoor swimming pool within a secured and locked building which is available for guests use (and shared with two other cottages) which also includes an amazing Turkish steam room (Hammam). There is also a tennis court available for use, subject to approval with the owners.

Location
Kingham is a beautiful unspoilt Cotswold village with a large open green and some elegant stone and thatch cottages mostly dating from the 17th and 18th centuries. It is situated in the Evenlode valley in Oxfordshire and is a short drive from the more well known town of Chipping Norton. It is a thriving village with a good sense of community. As well as the pubs there is a good village store and an attractive church. The village is unique amongst Cotswold villages, because it is served by a main line railway station about a mile from the village, the mainline railway station provides regular services to London with services operated by First Great Western Link. Of particular note is the The Kingham Plough which is a quintessential Cotswold Inn and has an outstanding restaurant. According to AA Gill: "The kitchen is a serious restaurant workplace. The bar menu is as fine as any I've seen...anyone thinking of opening a local pub restaurant should come here and see the gold standard." (AA Gill writing in the Sunday Times). Otherwise nearby are Chipping Norton, Stow on the Wold and Burford, with Oxford, Stratford upon Avon and Bath all within a reasonable drive.
