The Hayloft is a superb barn conversion located on the edge of the very quiet hamlet of Lyneham. As the name suggests the barn was once the hayloft of this farm, but today has been converted to provide spacious accommodation for up to seven people. Internally the cottage has been renovated to a very high standard creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere which is ideal for families and small groups. As one would expect, the cottage retains many character features including exposed walls and beams! Located on a small and quiet lane, this holiday cottage, in our opinion, is an ideal family destination.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance through to small lobby area.
Living / Dining Room, open plan and very light with windows along the entire length of one wall overlooking the lane and fields beyond. Two sofas and arm chair, TV and
Kitchen, fully equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher.
Bathroom with wet room / shower WC and washbasin.
Upstairs
Bedroom One with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Bedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers plus extra bed (at extra cost, see below)
Bedroom Three with single bed
Family Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. Please note that that there is no shower facility.
Outside
There is a private patio and enclosed garden, plus a screened patio with patio table and chairs.

It has a large rooftop terrace which can be a very enjoyable spot to watch the world go by. Centrally situated, the hamlet is about 7 miles from Stow-on-the-Wold, Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. Trains for London/Paddington from nearby Kingham.
