Manor Cottages - Escape to the Cotswolds

Lane Farm House in Shipton under Wychwood is a very large house set in the midst of the lovely village of Shipton under Wychwood. A 14th Century rambling farmhouse, with accommodation for 16 people, with potential space for more if required. Internally the property is presented in a traditional and basic style with large living space ideal for party get-togethers. The property is clean and welcoming and is certainly very good value for money given the size of the accommodation. There is the ability to take additional beds within the bedrooms (to exceed 16 people) and all bedrooms can be single beds or double,  although we would like to add that the seating and dining seating will be tight!

The enormous main kitchen has granite tops, an Aga and large dining table. Nice and bright sitting room with a wood burning stove, (logs available), lots of bedrooms each very individual, and 'Eagles Nest' at the top of the house. This huge house would be great for a group of friends or family get-togethers.

Living Room with log burning stove, seating for 16 people, TV with basic Sky package and DVD player
Additional Bedroom 1/Snug with King size double or twin beds located off the main living room

Cloakroom with WC, wash basin and shower. First Floor
Bedroom Two with four single beds.Bedroom Three with double bed,
Bedroom Four (accessed via separate stairs located through Bedroom Two) with double bed
Bedroom Five with double bed, plus extra single bed
Bedroom Six with double plus extra single bed
Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin
Separate Shower room

Second Floor
Bedroom Seven with double plus additional single bed
Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasin 

Outside
A secluded garden with badminton and barbeque. Giant trampoline and table tennis are available in the barn for guests use. Panoramic views over hills and dales.

Please note: Price quoted is to accommodate up to 16 people - *Extra beds charged at £40 per person per short stay / £60.00 per week. Children Welcome. Cot and High Chair available. Off road parking. Wireless Internet Access. There is a refundable damages deposit of £300 required for each booking. Property available for a maximum 140 days rental per year.
