Number 8 Howell's Mere is simply amazing - a stunning barn with a design that, quite literally, is unique. Situated on a lake with a peaceful view across the water towards other contemporary properties, it has a Scandinavian style with a fabulous decked 'patio-area' which literally sits on the lake! Internally it is presented in an uncluttered style that is both cool and dramatic bringing a modern feel to this beautiful corner of the Cotswolds. As you can tell we love this property.
ACCOMMODATION.
Kitchen has a real wow! factor, newly designed all electrical Aga Masterchef attracts the eye as you walk in. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave.
There is a Dining Area with table and chairs for eight people
Living Area is open plan with two large sofas, two large chairs, coffee table and a LCD TV. There are large glass doors and windows with access to the balcony area with views
Bedroom Two with double bed and Ensuite Bathroom with bath handheld shower, WC and washbasin. Doors to spacious balcony area.
Bedroom Three with twin beds (can be put together, please confirm) and wardrobe

OUTSIDE
The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.
As a guest, unlimited access to Artspa is included in your stay!

The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Not to be confused with water slides or fun park, the Water Park is in fact a nature lover's paradise, including two Sites of Special Scientific Interest, with thousands of wildlife species all living in harmony with this very attractive part of Gloucestershire.
At Howells Mere you will never be far from the unspoilt and abundant areas of wildlife and fauna, with two sites of Special Scientific Interest. After nightfall enjoy the antics of otters, bats, foxes and badgers. For such a peaceful place there is never a dull moment. If you require a moment to yourself or some indulgent time to relax you have exclusive use of the world famous Artspa. It's three beautiful pools and range of treatments including, aromatherapy, Indian Head massage and stone therapy will reenergize as well as relax you.
