House Martin Island is a very high standard self catering property. Situated overlooking Howells Mere, one of the largest lakes at the Lower Mill Estate, this is a house that is going to appeal to customers who like good quality. A detached house, it offers spacious and contemporary living set across three floors each providing breathtaking views across the lake, as you can imagine. Internally the property is beautifully furnished with modern touches throughout , including the ever popular open plan living space on the ground floor. Externally the property sits on the edge of the lake with excellent views from all levels of the building.  Additionally the house enjoys the benefit of access to the superb spa facilities found at the ArtSpa with its indoor and outdoor pools. House Martin Island is an excellent choice and one we quite obviously like ourselves!

ACCOMMODATION

Kitchen, fully equipped, is a large open plan room with breakfast bar leading onto the main dining area. With electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge and freezer, plus dining table to accommodate up to eight people. 
Living Area, a spacious room, with two large sofas, coffee table and a large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player. 

First Floor
Bedroom One with double bed and wardrobe, plus Ensuite Shower Room with WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Two with double bed, wardrobe plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin.
Bedroom Three with bunk beds and wardrobe.
Family Bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin.

Second Floor
Master Bedroom (four) with double bed, wardrobe and Ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and washbasin. This room enjoys fantastic views over Somerford Lagoon and has it's own large private balcony. 

Outside
The property has a deck which sits overlooking the lake beyond. There is a large table with chairs for eating outside. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials

Please note that you must advise Manor Cottages at thge time of booking if your party is a single sex group. The owners require a Damages Deposit before arrival at the the property, payable to the Managment Company.
