Large Sitting / Dining room with a table to seat ten. Comfortable sofas and armchair. (Sofa bed). 22" TV and DVD and Freeview with iPod docking station
There is also access to the property, via the large French windows, for those with limited mobility.
Bedroom One is down two small stairs, with double bed and Ensuite Shower room, with large walk in shower, WC and washbasin.
Upstairs:
Bedroom Two, a large room with glorious views, with twin beds that can be zipped together to make a large double. Bathroom Two with bath, WC and washbasin.
The Gallery looks down into the sitting room below and can be used for sitting and reading, or just admiring the views!
Heating and electricity included all year. Parking for several cars. Garden furniture. Cot & High Chair available. A sofa bed is available for use downstairs at £40 per person per stay. Wifi Available
Alternatively, a 'Z' bed is available on the galleried landing for a small single person at the same price.

Local Information
The Gallery, the larger part of the King John's Barn holiday cottage conversion, is situated in a delightfully rural location near to the Cotswold villages of Shipton under Wychwood and Leafield. The barn takes its name from the 'King John's Oak' which was said to be a rallying point for huntsmen in the Wychwood Forest.
The local villages are no more than 1.5 miles away and have a selection of good food pubs, including the The Fox in Leafield and The Lamb and The Shaven Crown in Shipton, believed to be the oldest pub in England....
The cottage has good access to local Cotswold locations including Burford, Bourton on the Water, Bibury and Chipping Norton. As well as many excellent local walks, there are many attractions such as Cotswold Wildlife Park and Blenheim Palace at Woodstock within a short dive. Oxford is approximately 20 miles away.
