Footstool Cottage is a cosy retreat situated in the village of Fulbrook which lies about half a mile to the north east of the bustling market town of Burford. The village is surrounded by open Cotswold countryside and there is a good pub within easy walking distance. There is a public footpath from the cottage into Burford.

Dining Room with exposed ceiling timbers, dining table and chairs for up to six people. log burning stove and comfortable sofa. Living Room with exposed ceiling timbers and comfortable corner sofa plus Sky TV.
Kitchen, galley style with Italian tiled floor, equipped with five ring 'kitchen range' gas hob, oven and grill, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Door to patio and enclosed garden.
Utility Room with built in storage cupboard, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with bath and shower over, WC and washbasin.
Upstairs:
Bedroom One, good size, with standard double bed and single divan (for 5th person at £40 extra).
Bedroom Two, large room with 5ft double bed.
Heating (storage heaters) and electricity included all year. BT Broadband available. Telephone by arrangement. Cot & high chair available.
Extra bed for 5th person at £40 per week.
No Pets. No Smokers. Friday changeover.
