Hawfinch Cottage is a wonderful family holiday home located overlooking Clearwater Lake in excellent Lower Mill Estate. The area is a particular favourite with families and small groups given the access to stunning spa and swimming facilities found at the Artspa as well as the countless activities across the Cotswold Lakes, including walking, cycling, sailing, canoeing etc. Internally Hawfinch is presented to a high standard with a real homely appeal, contrasting with the contemporary building and style of property. Of particular appeal is the open plan living space which enjoys a fabulous view across the Clearwater Lake. Guests at the house enjoy complete access to the Artspa facilities for the duration of your stay as well acess to the miles and miles of walks that are available right from your front door. A firm favourite with us and one we are sure you will enjoy.

There is a private decking area accessed from the living room with a table and chairs for those 'al fresco moments'! Naturally there is access to all the space around Clearwater Lake as well as the Artspa.
Pets Accepted (2 max, sorry no cats). Children Welcome. Fixed cot and High Chair available. Heating and Electricity included all year. Free access to Artpsa facilities. Please discuss single sex parties with Manor Cottages.
Any day Changeover, but please note we request Friday Changeover during school holidays.
Please Note: The owners of this property require a refundable breakages deposit of £150 sent to them 2 weeks before arrival.
The property has a direct lake frontage, with a grass area leading down to the waterside. The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.
Local Information
The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Not to be confused with water slides or fun park, the Water Park is in fact a nature lover's paradise, including two Sites of Special Scientific Interest, with thousands of wildlife species all living in harmony with this very attractive part of Gloucestershire.
As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. Many people comment that Lower Mill often feels like a time warp back to days when children can run about freely and safely (with the resepct of water of course).
