Elmhurst Cottage is a large and very popular holiday cottage perfect for families or groups. Set in the northern Cotswold village of Lower Quinton, Elmhurst, which dates from the late 1600's, is situated on the edge of the village overlooking the beautiful village church of St Swithin's and glorious views to open countryside. Its general location is perfect for visiting many local Cotswold villages plus of course Shakespeare Country at Stratford upon Avon. The property has been sympathetically renovated retaining original beams, inglenook fireplace and a flagstone floor in the kitchen for a real Cotswold feel. There is a large well established garden with garden furniture.

ACCOMMODATION:
Large Dining / Kitchen with popular gas range cooker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge/freezer plus additional dining table. Stable door to garden. 
Dining Room with handmade oak dining table to seat up to ten people. View to church.
Sitting Room with inglenook fireplace with logburner and French windows to garden.
Study with Microsoft X-Box with games plus computer with internet connection - great for kids!
Cloakroom off study with WC and washbasin. 

Upstairs:
Master Bedroom with double or twin beds, portable TV, ensuite Bathroom with bath, WC and washbasin. (This bedroom can accomodate an extra bed - see image)
Bedroom Two with double bed.
Bedroom Three with double bed. 
Shower Room with cubicle, WC and washbasin
Bedroom Four with twin beds, ensuite Bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin.

Heating & electricity included all year. Telephone. Sky TV including Sports and Movie channels. DVD. Parking for 4 cars. Extra bed available for 9th person at £40 per week.

One well behaved pet. No Smokers. Friday changeover please. Short Breaks welcome all year except Christmas / New Year and Cheltenham Raceweek. Cot and highchair available.
