Chiff Chaff is a spacious lakeside house, with super views across the waterside and well located for the excellent Artspar - the everpopular facility on Clearwater Lake! Internally the house is cool and contemporary yet very warm and welcoming making it an ideal property for families or small groups. A particularly appealing element for us are the lovely bedrooms, with terrace allowing you to enjoy the early morning peace or tranquility in the evening. There's even an outdoor stairway that leads onto the lakeside grass! Downstairs the full length windows allow 'the outside inside' again adding to the appeal of this property. Together with the Cotswolds Lakes' facilities we see this as a very attractive holiday property.

ACCOMMODATION

Entrance through to lobby with space for hanging and boots leading to very large open plan living space.
Living Room with two large sofas, wood burning stove, further seating, large flatscreen TV, DVD and Freeview, plus large glass windows and doors to terrace area.
Dining Area with large granite surface dining table with chairs to seat eight people.
Kitchen is lovely! Granite worktops, hardwood floors and a full range of quality appliances - double oven/grill with five ring gas hob, washer dryer, large built-in fridge/freezer, dishwasher and built in microwave.

First Floor
Master Bedroom with king sized double bed, plus Ensuite Bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.  This bedroom has direct access onto a balcony (shared with bedroom 2) and enjoys excellent views out over Clearwater Lake.

OUTSIDE
The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, making it a nature lover's paradise. As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. Artspa offers indoor, outdoor (heated) and eco pools, as well as a state of the art gymnasium and an exceptional selection of spa treatments. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.
