The open plan ground floor is a superb feature, with the kitchen in particular, with vaulted ceiling and superb views giving it a unique appeal. The house has good size bedrooms and overall there is a very good attention to detail. There are many country 'touches' including a wood burning stove all of which make this a very warm and welcoming holiday home. Full use of the ArtSpa is included within your stay.

Local Information
Lower Mill Estate is a stunning creation of cool contemporary homes built within the Cotswold Water Park - an area which includes lakes, a wide selection of natural habitats and sites of Specific Scientific Interest. Lower Mill has two distinct areas, 'The Village' which is a small collection of stone built cottages; and secondly a collection of small lakes with some very modern holiday houses. The latter are bigger and also have access to the very popular and very smart ArtSpa, a private spa with three pools, therapy rooms and sauna.
Lower Mill is a very peaceful location where cars are MADE to drive slowly and therefore where children can feel safe on their bikes. The village of Somerford Keynes offers a pub while there are many beautiful Cotswolds spots to enjoy all within a short distance.
