Ash House, located on the popular Lower Mill Village, is a spacious holiday cottage with access to superb facilities. The property enjoys a quiet, decked area overlooking a stream ideal for 'al fresco' dining, along with comfortable internal accommodation. In our opinion, this is a perfect location for those who wish to either have an active, sporting holiday or simply relax in peaceful surroundings. With an abundance of wildlife and walks around the glorious lakes surrounding the Mill Village this is likely to also appeal to the avid 'twitcher'! We think it is great.
The outdoor facilities include an outdoor heated pool, a tennis court and a children's play area all of which are within a three minute walk. The organic farm shop can also be found close to hand providing day to day essentials.
ACCOMMODATION
Entrance into Hallway

Openplan Living / Dining Room with comfortable three seater sofa and three chairs, woodburning stove, TV and DVD player. Table and chairs for 6 people, plus french doors opening onto south facing, private deck.
Kitchen, fully equipped, with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave and washing machine.
Upstairs
Master Bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe plus Ensuite Bathroom, with electric shower, WC and washbasin.

Outside
There is a gas BBQ along with some garden furniture on the decked area, otherwise you have access to the countless walks which surround the lakes.
Heating and Elec incl all year. Starter pack of logs supplied. Cot & High Chair available. Please No Pets. No Smokers. Saturday changeover in Summer months.
Local Information
The Lower Mill Estate is a 450 acre private nature reserve, located in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Not to be confused with water slides or fun park, the Water Park is in fact a nature lover's paradise, including two Sites of Special Scientific Interest, with thousands of wildlife species all living in harmony with this very attractive part of Gloucestershire.
As a guest, you are free to enjoy the whole Estate at your leisure. Many people comment that Lower Mill often feels like a time warp back to days when children can run about freely and safely (with the resepct of water of course). You may want to enjoy a peaceful walk around one of the beautiful lakes, fish, and bird watch from one of the hides or sail on one of the lakes. A small farm shop is situated in Mill Village, offering all of the essentials.
