3 Greystones is an excellent holiday cottage, presented to a high standard and located in a classic Cotswolds village. The cottage is tucked away in a quiet corner of the village and offers real peace and tranquility. The cottage has a garden to its rear with table and chairs, perfect for an alfresco moment! Internally the property is well equipped with spacious accommodation mixing classic Cotswolds features with contemporary furnishings. Upstairs the two large bedrooms overlook the garden area. An excellent choice for a family or small group this is certain to appeal! We like this cottage.

Living Room, a large and light room, with woodburning stove, flatscreen TV with DVD, two sofas and french doors to garden
Kitchen, well equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and washing machine.

Bedroom One with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers TV and DVD player plus Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and washbasin.

There is a lovely cottage garden (not enclosed) outside the property with a table and chairs. There is also off street parking for at least two cars.
Gas fired central heating. No Smokers. Children Welcome. Cot and highchair available. Pet by arrangement, please make sure that they only stay downstairs. Friday changeovers only.

Local Information
Cold Aston is a small rural village located between Cheltenham and the quaint Bourton-on-the-Water - and one which has kept its rural appeal and charm with the majority of the buildings and houses retaining the typical Cotswold period look. The village and surrounding area is steeped in Iron Age and Roman history including the Fosse Way.
The village has a great 'Cotswolds' feel' with many traditional buildings and open fields and countryside surrounding. Nearby are the everpopular locations of Bourton on the Water and Stow on the Wold with their many shops and attractions.
Nearby the village of Bourton on the Water a real gem, known as the "Venice of the Cotswolds" is very popular with young and old. Cotswold Motoring Museum, Birdland Park and Gardens, the model village some of the many attractions. A wide range of tearooms and restaurants offering the essential 'afternoon tea'.
