Window Box Cottage, Burford is a Grade II listed Cotswold Cottage which has recently been renovated to provide an exceptional standard of self catering accommodation. Located actually on the High Street, this self catering holiday cottage is just yards from Burford's shops and restaurants, while in the other direction you can be on the banks of the River Windrush in seconds! Internally the cottage combines traditional Cotswold charm with comfortable contemporary furnishings. The real 'tour de force' is the hidden room in the basement which provides an excellent hideaway equipped with large flatscreen TV and surround sound system. There is a private courtyard to the rear. Window Box Cottage offers a delightful choice set on Burford's High Street - an real Cotswold cottage. In our opinion this cottage is ideal for those people looking to be in the heart of Burford, amongst the shops and the bustle!

Sitting Room: Comfortable seating. Flat screen television, plus woodburning stove. Doors to lovely courtyard garden.
Utility Room: with granite work surfaces, washer/dryer and microwave. Door to garden.
Cloakroom with Shower WC and wash basin.

First Floor
Bedroom One: With 5ft bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. Down two steps to…Ensuite Bathroom with bath, handheld shower, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom Two with 5ft bed, dressing table and built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom Three*: A small twin room with exposed beams. Twin full-sized single beds*, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Family Bathroom: Bath with hand-held shower, w.c. and wash basin.
Second Floor
Bedroom Four is an interesting room with exposed beams. Twin full-sized single beds, dressing table and hanging space.
Shower Room: w.c. and vanity unit with basin. This shower room is a good size but with height restrictions.
Travel cot and high chair available on request. All bed linen and towels provided. Electricity and heating provided all year. Heating via electric wall heaters throughout the house. Logs supplied for wood burner. On street parking.
*Please note that use of the additional two beds will be charged at £50 per person per week or per stay.
Short Breaks only November - February (excluding School Holidays) and at short notice at other times.

Burford is an ideal centre for visiting The Cotswolds area as it is within easy driving distance of popular attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Sudley Castle, Warwick Castle and several National Trust Houses and Gardens. Bourton on the Water, Bibury, Cirencester and Stow on the Wold are all with 25 minutes from the property.
