Tithe Barn, Lyneham is a very large and spacious barn conversion that is a great choice for a family country holiday. Set on a working farm within a small Cotswolds hamlet, the barn has nearby access to the rolling countryside of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. The open plan living that the owners have created make it a real treat and clearly ideal for entertaining. Internally the barn has been carefully renovated and provides superb facilities and touches including the enormous windows in the centre of the building, which we feel will make it a firm favourite with customers. Externally this English Country barn has an enclosed garden and access to brilliant walks in every direction.

Living Room with three large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed*, large flatscreen TV with Freeview, DVD player, plus wood burning stove.
Dining Area with large oak table and chairs for up to 10 people
Kitchen, large and well appointed, with electric hob, electric grill and oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble drier.
Cloakroom with WC and washbasin.

Bedroom One with king size / zip and link beds with wardrobe, chest of drawers and Ensuite WC and washbasin ( no shower please note).

There is an enclosed garden to the side of the property, with table and chairs. There is a lawn, a large patio with colourful tubs, furniture and a bbq. Plenty of parking. Good for children or pets similarly.
Pets Welcome. Children welcome, cot and high chair available. Off street parking. *Double sofa bed available at £40 per stay.
Short breaks considered any time of the year (except Christmas and New Year). Any day changeover.
Lyneham is well located for visiting all Cotswold attractions and villages including Burford, Stow on the Wold and Blenheim Palace at Woodstock. *Although the village does not have a pub, there is a friendly golf club approximately a 10 min walk away which welcomes non playing guests for food and drinks. Described as 'a well groomed course that challenges the best golfers.... it has a lovely clubhouse with breathtaking views of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds.' We say it's well worth a visit! (01993 831 841 closes at dusk in Winter months.) The popular towns of Stratford upon Avon and Oxford are also within easy driving distance. (Kingham station is approx. 2 miles away, with trains to Oxford, London, Hereford and Worcester.)
