The Reeds are a wonderful design of holiday cottage in the desireable New England lodge style. Located on the naturalised, reed edged Isis Lake, the lodges are an excellent getaway for families who like to have many activities nearby. The location also benefits from perfectly tended gardens and wide open green spaces. The property has been designed to make the most of its fantastic position, with the open plan living and dining area providing French doors, which give a wonderful view of the lake and lead to your own private sun deck.

OUTSIDE
Isis offers a wide range of activities, making it an excellent choice for families. Fishing, three all weather tennis courts, one of which is floodlit, a superb children’s adventure playground, football, croquet, la boule, volleyball, table tennis and cricket and golf practice nets. The Games Room, which is ideally located within the tennis pavilion, provides pool, table top football and video games. Alternatively, just enjoy a pleasant walk around the beautiful lakes.

Today the Cotswold Water Park is Britain’s largest water park, 50% larger than the Norfolk Broads, extending to over 40 square miles and includes: 133 lakes, 5 nature reserves, Country Parks with picnic and Barbecue sites, a Blue Flag bathing beach, an extensive network of footpaths, cycle ways and bridleways as well as extensive leisure and sporting activities. Many Cotswold attractions and villages are all within easy access.
