Summer Haze is a charming period Cotswold cottage situated on the edge of the delightful village of Swinbrook with lovely views across green meadows (see images). The comfortable sitting room has great character with beams and exposed Cotswold stone walls. To the rear of the cottage is a small garden. There is a popular and recommended pub, The Swan, along the lane which itself is next to the village cricket ground. There is a lovely walk of about one and a half miles along the edge of the River Windrush to Burford. The cottage is a real taste of the Cotswolds - beautiful village, stunning location and rustic charm.

ACCOMMODATION:
Entrance porch for hanging coats and storing boots. 
Sitting Room with beams, open fire and comfortable sofas, TV and DVD.

Upstairs: 
Bedoom One, pretty room with double bed and enjoying views across the surrounding countryside.
Bedroom Two with two 2ft 6ins wide beds.
Bathroom with bath, shower in bath, WC and washbasin. 
Kitchen / Dining Area with table seating four, electric cooker, microwave, fridge with ice box compartment (no washing machine or dishwasher at present), door into garden.

Central heating and electricity included all year. Parking space immediately outside the cottage for 1 car.

Sorry no children under 8. No pets. No smokers. Any day changeover outside summer months.

Summer Haze cottage is well placed for holidaying in the area and visiting all the famous Cotswold beauty spots, with easy access to Oxford, Stratford -upon-Avon, Blenheim Palace and Warwick Castle amongst other fascinating places.
